They've been accommodating during the pandemic and always reach out if shots are going out of date, they always give clear recommendations on medicine. I don't really have many criticisms

Dr. Shannon McCune was very responsive and informative at our recent appointment. My 14 year old dog had been in agony, itching and licking continuously. Dr. McCune performed the appropriate procedure, provided medication, and discussed home care with me. In a matter of 2 days, we've seen a huge improvement.

We saw this place had great reviews. We called multiple times and no one picked up in the middle of the day, on different days, when it lists plenty of front desk staff on their website (20 I think). We made an account online and sent emails, we've still not relieved any response and it's been months now. We wouldn't feel comfortable working with them in the future, since obviously when we were concerned for our pet we wanted her to be cared for as soon as possible. We don't know if it just fell through the cracks or was intentionally ignored, but we certainly hope they don't make a habit of treating people like this, especially people in distress over the health of their pets.

I called because my pup was experiencing an ear infection and they got him in right away with not much waiting time when I arrived. The office staff, the nurse and the vet were all incredibly nice, gentle with him and knowledgeable. I have 5 dogs and 2 cats, so they will be getting a lot of business from me! I highly recommend. Thank and Milo is feeling much better!

When I emailed them freaking out because my cat is sick they were able to get us in immediately. The entire staff was incredible and Dr. Fox was so kind.

Our first time here, and it was fantastic! Staff was super friendly, and the vet was awesome. I had lots of questions and the vet answered them thoroughly and explained everything perfectly. She even checked for more than we came in for just to make sure our kitty was completely well! And the price for the service was great too! We will definitely be returning with all of our pets.

They are friendly and knowledgeable but they are sticklers. Even if you are a client who has been going to them for years, always on time for appointments, etc, if you are late by 5 minutes, then they will cancel your appointment. This happened to me. Unfortunately, I encountered traffic that delayed me for my appointment by 5 minutes. Even though I called and let them know, the vet said I would need to reschedule. Very strange that they have no leeway even when it is only 5 minutes and when the appointment is a check up that takes about 10 minutes.

Best place to take any pet! The entire staff and all doctors are simply the best!!

I recently took my dog for his yearly check up and was blown away by the excellent care he received. The pharmacy who were extremely helpful & knowledgeable set me up with a protocol for anxious dogs called the “Chill Protocol”. This was a god send for my dog. He was less anxious & the exam was calming for both him & myself. The vet & vet tech also went above & beyond to make my dog & myself more comfortable during the exam. From continuously petting him to even humming to calm him & relax him. Highly recommend especially if you have an anxious pet.

They can't even call back

First, I would like to commend Dr. David Brown for his excellent and professional care. He is caring and compassionate always and I feel that he loves my dogs. I would also like to compliment the staff at Greentree Animal clinic. From the front desk staff to the techs to the pharmacist, everyone is cheerful, kind and professional. Great job!!

The staff of Greentree Animal Clinic has always provided great care for our pets. They make time to discuss our pet’s health issues.

Greentree Animal Clinic is wonderful. I have one well-behaved 5 year old Bernese Mountain Dog who they have always been so great with. I also have a 1 year old Bernese Mountain Dog who is so stubborn and difficult. They do everything possible to make him feel welcomed and loved. I will recommend Greentree Animal Clinic to anyone who needs a great vets office. FYI-first pic is my good girl Ruby and second pic is my trouble maker Archie.

Greentree Animal Clinic has been my vet of choice for some time. I've always been happy with the care and concern they give my sweet dog. However, they went above and beyond getting me in to see them when I really had a minor emergency. They truly are an animal's best friend and look out for both animal and owner.

Filled out the new client paperwork online Saturday morning then called for an appointment. Was told I needed to wait for them to email me and they were scheduling into November. Got the email later that morning, called and left a message but they never called me back.Called them on Thursday of the same week and was told they were now into late December. When I told the receptionist that I was told on Saturday it would be November she responded with “well it probably was November on Saturday but today it’s December”. First impressions are everything and when you have a smart response like that it’s not a good look for your professional practice. Guess I’ll look elsewhere because you obviously have enough clients!

I have only brought my cat in once, but so far the care and attention they gave us was outstanding! They really care about your animal here and treat them like they are family.

We needed an emergency visit for our pet and Greentree Animal Clinic slipped us into their heavy schedule quickly. It was a huge relief to get immediate medical care for our cat who was clearly in pain. I was so pleased with their responsiveness, and kindness, to help us out during this stressful situation.

Been taking my dog Millie here for just over a year, and I love it! The veterinarians and the vet tech's are always so friendly to me and are so good with Millie. They take extra time to help you and answer questions if needed as well. If you are a new patient or looking to switch vets, this is a great choice- but keep in mind they usually have a few week's waiting period before new patients can be scheduled.

They take great care of all the different dogs we have. They treat each of them as individual s and care for their needs. They are compassionate, friendly, protective of all the animals in their care no matter what day we are there. The office staff has a smile and greeting to me as well as our animals and very helpful no matter what questions I have. Thank you to the Doctors, Techs, & Staff you are all the BEST!

My cat needed immediate care. I did not have an appointment The office was empty I was treated with disrespect and she was very dismissive. I will never return to your practice.

I honestly can not speak high enough of Greentree Animal Clinic. We've been seeing Dr. Brown for years and he goes above and beyond with the most excellent care for our cat/baby Jagger. I have so much confidence with his exceptional and thorough exams for Jagger. I wish we had known Dr. Brown years ago when our other animals were alive. He is truly the absolute BEST you could ever ask for!!!!! The clinic is spotless too. The staff are great! They are just all around the best animal hospital that you can truly count on!!!!!
