Excellent place to take care of our dogs

Friendly staff and my pup loves his time there!

My pup loves going to camp bow wow! Not only does she get tuckered out from all the attention she receives but she always comes home looking and smelling fresh!

Great facility, really care about the dogs and do a lot of work to make sure the dogs who are there are happy and get along well.

I took my dog there for an interview and they had him back there for all of five minutes. Then came out to say he’s too energetic. He’s a puppy, he’s mixed with two of the highest energy breeds, and it’s a new place. Of course he’s going to be energetic. After a while he would have gotten tired and comfortable and relaxed more, but they didn’t even give him the chance. They also said they were worried about the other dogs’ safety, when he didn’t growl and they growled at him.

Love it good for my dog

My dog is very well taken care of at Camp Bow Wow Southwest.

They did okay. Dogs seemed ok enough from what we could see on the camera and they seemed okay when we picked them up. Just a few issues: One dog had a breathing problem when we picked him up. This isn’t his first time at a daycare but it’s the first time at this place, but it’s the first time he’s had this issue. They also failed to wash my other dog. Again, not the first time she’s gotten a bath, so their capacity seem to be lacking.

Overall the pricing is good, but not great. My dog definitely enjoys her time there. Most the staff seems quite friendly people with the exception of 1 individual. If I call to make a reservation and have to deal with Dez it's always unpleasant. Her customer service skills are frankly terrible. Never have I been greeted with a smile or a positive attitude. It would be understandable if it was a 1 time or even a twice occurrence. We all have bad days so no big deal. However, this is every time I've had any interaction with her. Not sure who's the genius who thought she would be great to greet and be the first individual people encounter here.I will not visit this establishment so long as she's employed there. I will leave this review on a positive note though. Everyone else I've ever dealt with had a great attitude.

Omg, this place is a Godsend!! My dog goes 3x a week & she comes home wiped out so I actually get some stuff done after work. I love it there & so does she!! Dez is the best!! She is great with me & my dog.

OMG! Dez is absolutely wonderful!! Actually, quite frankly, the whole staff IN THEIR ENTIRETY are utterly exceptional! I love nothing more than being greeted at the door by Dez :)

First time we left our pup overnight with "strangers" . By watching him on video he seemed to enjoy being around the other dogs. Staff is wonderful and don't just dump the dogs into a kennel. They walk around with them and give them pets to make them feel comfortable.

This has been our go-to place to board our dog since we got her over a year ago. She always seems to be having a good time on the live webcams, and we also enjoy taking advantage of the on-site groomer to get her back freshly washed and extra fluffy.

Our Boxer Dexter loves going to camp. He has a lot of energy and needless to say on the days he goes to camp our evenings are very quiet!!????

My 10 month old puppy LOVES camp - she starts getting excited and knows where we’re going at the stoplight that’s still 5 minutes down the road. I love that she’s learning important socialization with other dogs (especially since she’s going to be an extra large lady, it’s important that she’s comfortable interacting with all kinds of other dogs) and that she’s getting plenty of exercise! I also love the peace of mind it gives me during my long work days that she’s totally taken care of and not feeling neglected at home. The counselors are wonderful, and honestly the gift of a tired puppy at the end of my work day is priceless!

Rokee (my dog) absolutely loves it at Camp Bow Wow. It's like taking a child to Disney world, but he's that excited every single time I bring him. He comes home worn out from playing with his friends all day and sleeps like a little angel. I take him for runs frequently, but he really enjoys the interaction with the dogs and camp counselors. He also enjoys when he gets to stay for overnight boarding and being able to take a dip in the baby pools when it gets warm. I know he is well taken care of while staying at Camp Bow Wow!

Our puppers absolutely LOVES this place. Always completely worn out after a day of camp, and watching her on the camper cam, she has such a blast. All of the employees do fantastic. Highly recommend.

I am grateful for a daycare where my dog can be cared for and spend time with other dogs while I’m at work. I looked at other places and found that Camp Bow Wow was very secure, and has both an indoor and outdoor play area. Angelo doesn’t trust people easily, but Camp counselors have been patient and gentle with him. I also would not take my dog to somewhere that does not have a pup cam where I can watch him. When I see my scared dog actually soliciting affection from people, it warms my heart!

My dog loves going Camp Bow Wow! He's a senior guy who has a lot of anxiety when he's left alone. So when I need to leave all day, he goes to camp and is SO EXCITED to hang out with the other dogs. The camp counselors are very friendly and the place is super clean (or always in the process of being cleaned). Highly recommend!

The staff is friendly and knows my dog by name. My dog is well socialized and not fearful of other dogs after having gone to Camp Bow Wow on Saturdays since she was 4 months old. She is now 7.5 months old, and loves going to camp to play. Plus, it gives me a break since she's full of energy. She comes home tired.

They take great care of our dogs.

Took my dog for the first time about a week or so ago. They were so friendly and welcoming. The explained the whole process very well and were so helpful! I was able to have my fur baby interviewed and in a day care session right away. We loved them so much we came back the next day again.

Great place for doggy day care and boarding. The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

The staff at the Southwest Camp Bow Wow are very professional and very caring. They helped me with my puppy when he was a little afraid being there for the first time. They really helped him to adjust.
