We bring all of our dogs to Animal Elegance for their grooming needs. Our labradoodle tends to get lots of matting due to extra curly fur. He always come back looking great. They do a great job taking care of his curly coat. Our lab is very skittish and nervous when we are not around. He does great with Animal Elegance. He’s never stressed or anxious upon returning. We highly recommend this groomer.

If I could rate 0/5 I would. I Dropped my dog off for a simple grooming and was told to come back in about 1.5 hours. Two hours later and no call. I reach out and they never groomed my dog and had her locked up for two hours. Completely unprofessional and clearly untrained staff. Terrible humans..

My dog had as bad experience with another groomer. Knowing that, she went above and beyond to make him comfortable. She had him giving her kisses during grooming and you can see that she genuinely likes dogs. At Hrubys, you have to leave them all day, no bathroom breaks ect over 6 hours. Here, they take care of your dog only at appointment time. The dog experiences less stress.

Mary groomed both of my goldens this week. She did a phenomenal job and I couldn’t be happier. They look great and are so soft! Would 100% recommend them!

My dogs were cleaned well, but I am very disappointed at how short their faces were trimmed. I have Schnauzer/poodle mixes, but they look more Schnauzer. Schnauzers keep their beards, but when we picked them up, their beards were gone. They look quite funny and not very cute at the moment. I wish they would've asked how we wanted them cut before assuming one breed style over the other.

A great place to have your pet done up to look special and beautiful .

I had my long haired Dachsund groomed there this past weekend and was very pleased with the service. Our groomer did everything I asked and I think she did a great job with my dog! I will say the parking lot is kind of rough and it did take 2 hours for a full body trim, nails, and bath... for a dachsund. So keep that in mind when getting your pet groomed especially if it's a bigger dog. It was also $65 including tip. Luckily I don't have to groom my dog that often but again, I would say I was overall very pleased with the service and would recommend it to anyone near Crafton that needed their dog to get groomed.

It took my wife 3 years to find the right place for her Morkie, but Animal Elegance was worth the search. Amanda is wonderful and talented at her job.

I have a local cat rescue and had come a few times with cats ( thought they were great then ) & then I called an asked for a favor. I had rescued a dog that was extremely matted & gross. Animal Elegance said no problem to bring him in & she spent 3 hours transforming him back into a regular looking dog. Her heart is so big and her talent in her trade with these babies is just amazing. I can’t thank them enough or for what they did for Teddy. She was SO gentle and kind . I highly recommend Animal Elegance

"appointment declined" email. What a novel way to turn away business. A phone call from an actual human would have been nice.

I can't say enough great things about Animal Elegance! Our fur baby looked amazing when we picked her up. You can tell that Amanda has tons of experience just based on how she treated our pup. On top of all that, they have plenty of FREE parking and the location is super convenient. Highly Recommend!

Has plenty of parking. Handicapped Ramp with Railing. Bright, clean, very welcoming. Absolutely no animal smell. Owner is very nice, listens to what you want done. Pets were done at time she said. Pets LOOKED great. She was comfortable with all pets. Will be returning. Conveniently located by Poplar and Noblestown Road. Across from Monroe Auto.

Amanda rocks! My dog Louie came in looking like a walking mop (shih tzu mix) and came out looking like a little teddy bear.

This groomer is amazing! Very reasonable pricing too! They are not out of business; they're just no longer in Highland Park. I'm following them to Crafton...2212 Noblestown Rd. If you live in that neighborhood, you are very lucky. The rest of us will just need to take a drive with our pets.

Groomers were courteous and caring. They did a wonderful job on my cat Vinny.

Best cut my Bichon has ever had. Space is except exceptionally clean and roomy. Amanda also was able to bathe and groom my cat. I am delighted to have this groomer so close. Highly recommend.

My baby had a spa day today!???? He absolutely LOVES Amanda and spending time at her shop???? She is kind and gentle, and a true animal lover. I cannot recommend her enough!
