The staff at Compassionate Care Animal Hospital is consistently professional, courteous, and well-organized. They provide a safe, sanitary, and caring environment for our beagles' routine visits, and everyone on the CCAH team displays a genuine love for animals. This is by far the best veterinary clinic I've used in more than 30 years of having dogs.

Compassionate Care is a great vet. All their vet techs are awesome. They are very knowledgeable and explain things well. They treat your pet with a lot of care and compassion. I highly recommend Compassionate Care for anyone that needs a vet.

Dr. Murray-Bowman and Dr. Guinan have provided high quality veterinary care for many of our family pets for many years. They are both very pleasant, friendly, and caring.

We have been very pleased with their services and care they have given our pets. They have done a wonderful job during the pandemic. I like that I can use their app to refill prescriptions, ask questions, and keep track of all ll my pets care. I highly recommend Compassionate Care Animal Hospital.

Our 11 1/2 dog had minor surgery and everyone there was terrific in taking care of him! Responded quickly to calls and follow-up care was top notch!

I have had multiple pets go through this vet. When they initially opened, they were pleasant and helpful. Over the past two years, the service has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. They are continuously running late for appointments and make you stay in your car. This is ok when not during the summer or if you are waiting for twenty minutes. Given the wait times, I showed 15 min after the appointment and was turned away. I was told Dr. Miles would not see my new puppy. When I asked to speak with her, she was suddenly unavailable. I had three pets put down here and have had another dog getting annual visits for two years. I find the customer care and "compassion" to have been replaced by packed schedules, long wait times, and overall disregard for patient' time. Truly disappointed as it did not start off this way. **Update** Dr. Miles did come out to talk with me regarding not seeing my puppy. Unfortunately, the decision was made to not see my puppy and to find another vet for my animals.

They took care of our sick kitty. Followed up several times.

I recently moved from pickerington to upper arlington but I still make the drive to Compassionate Card for my puppies needs! I was looking for a vet that was good, reliable, but doesn’t break the bank, and that’s exactly what they do! I have never paid more than 150$ when I brought my dog for a visit (granted nothing ever was seriously wrong). They call you back right away and try to work with your schedule. I’ll continue to keep making the drive to them!

after a year of dealing with the WORST vet for my new kitten at Banfield, I started taking her & my other cat here that needed dental work done. this vet office has been a breath of fresh air. They have been amazing & don’t ever make me feel rushed or that they’re too busy. they answer every question & listen to all concerns about your pet without making you feel like you’re a burden. they also follow up about your pets the next day to make sure they are okay. I will be bringing all of my cats here from here on out. Thank you for taking such good care of of my babies .

Our beagle Piper became ill last week & after calling CCAH, I was able to get her in the same afternoon. Dr Miles checked her out thoroughly & told me there was a virus going around. Piper had been bathed the prior week so she probably picked it up there since we don’t take her to stores, dog parks, etc. I’m in no way putting blame on the groomers. Piper received an IV & a shot for nausea & probiotics for her food. She’s totally back to normal & the caring staff has called to check on her. I was allowed to be with her with a mask on too. Thank you CCAH!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this veterinary practice. Dr. Kirby loves our pets like her own, and truly knows their personalities and breed characteristics. We have two Australian cattle dogs who can be very squirely and hesitant …

When I moved to Pickerington I was nervous to switch vets for my three seniors. Its been 5 years now that I have been bringing my dogs there. They treat my dogs like their own! When Frankie was put down, the staff cried with me and sent me a card! No matter when I relocate to, I will never switch vets!

Friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they don’t pressure you into unnecessary procedures and you don’t feel shamed when you decline the optional vaccines. I always feel at ease during the appt which never happened at 2 other Vet offices over the last decade.

We love CCAH. The Veterinarians and the Vet Techs are absolutely the best. I take my Rottweiler and 3 cats and I will never go anywhere else!!!

They are super sweet and I love that they do regular blood work to make sure everything is great. The extra precautions are necessary as our furry, scaley, and feathered friends can't tell us when they're sick.

They're animals at Compassionate Care! Which is why I love them. The name says it all. Just ask Mushu. He's obviously studied up on the topic!

I have 3 cats with various needs and they have been great with treating all of them - they always figure out what's wrong and help us with getting the solution that makes our cats most comfortable. I have 3 cats, all of whom have different chronic medical issues, and Compassionate Care has been great with managing all of them. Price-wise I think they're very reasonable, especially considering how high quality their care is. They have several vets and vet techs and I've probably met all of them at this point, and they're all very kind to me and my pets. They're also very careful with covid-19 and have been ever since the pandemic started. I've gone here for years and in that time have never had a single complaint.

Great techs and Veterinary doctors. Easy to make an appointment and sometimes even get in the next day.
