Always had great experience and they always took care of all my animals. My beagle named Beagle had an abscess behind her eye and the vet and the staff went above and beyond to take care of her.. Kim Mikesell contacted me daily asking for pics of her recovery. Thanks for taking care of all my animals when they are sick!

This vet done everything possible to save me money and not at my dogs expense. Could not find another vet to take her. Hannah was super awesome and helped out every step of way. Highly recommend!!!

Very kind people working here. I've seen them 3 times now and each time it's been great. One of those times my dog had a stroke and the doc answered my call on their after hours emergency phone and had me examine my dog over the phone and then they found some time to see her the next day even though they were fully booked with appointments. They also pulled a cracked tooth for my dog. just overall it's been easy and comforting working with them. also, the location is beautiful and convenient.

My dog was diagnosed with kidney disease by VVC and recommendation was special diet to prolong my dog’s life. I purchased some food and went online to compared pricing since he will be on this special diet for a while. I was able to save $30 online but needed authorization from my vet. They refused to give this authorization. When I called to find out why they said I had to purchase this from them. They refused to give me a prescription. We had just taken all three of our dogs there for well visits and bloodwork and spent over $800. I cannot purchase this food unless I take my dog to another vets, pay for the visit, and they will give me a script, which I will gladly do. How quickly VVC forgot their oath taken in school to use their skills for the protection of animal health and relief of animal suffering. Failure to honor a client’s request for a prescription constitutes unprofessional conduct and the need for another sale has overridden their moral compass.

I've been with this vet since she came to town. I trust Dr. Rice very much. She will be opening a new office in Granville, Ohio. The other one is in Pataskala, Ohio. If you need a good doctor for your pet, I highly recommend her.

Village Veterinary Care is the best around pataskala and surrounding areas. The vets and the staff are always helpful knowledgeable and caring with my pit bull and beagle.

It is unfortunate that Kim can cause so many negative reviews for this office. We used to love them and have been going here a very long time. She is unprofessional and seems to enjoy talking down to people. We will not be returning here ever. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Great experience today, as always. My cat, Gracie, is always calm here and lets the doctor do whatever she wants. I've been to alot of vets, but Village is the best! Thank you Village Vet.

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about Village Veterinary Care. I moved to the area a couple of years ago and never found a new vet prior to the COVID pandemic. My dog had an emergency and they fit him into the schedule within 24 hours. Amazing. On top of being extremely accommodating, the service was phenomenal. Zero wait time, good listeners, and extraordinary gentle care for my dog.

Thos place is great i took my dog her for 7 years then when we euthanized her today they were so kind about the nurse in there cryed and comforted us because beauty ment alot to them and it was hard and they made it easy

We had to put are dog to sleep today and they were so caring. Would recommend them.

Dr. Rice is amazing. She does not overcharge for services and always goes above and beyond when caring for my pups! I won't take my pets anywhere else.

We needed someone to come and look at our sheep that couldn't stand and they came the next day. Very friendly, explained everything.
