They've taken great care of my fur babies.

We had an emergency with our german Shepherd Kasi and tried this clinic. They were able to get us in right away. I have honestly never been more impressed by the quality of care. She was babied by all the staff and treated wonderful.we were sent home with an awesome goodie bag.Even the after care instructions were personalized for our Kasi. All vets are expensive these days but this place goes above and beyond to care for the animals. Will definitely be a returning client.

My German shepherd Zeus needed urgent care without appointment I showed up. The whole staff was very professional and acted very quickly to get my dog help asap. I was very impressed with team work they showed, very grateful, thx so much.

We took our new pooch to get his first checkup on Friday. Saturday we took him to get his ears cleaned at Crazy Bone and they wouldn't clean his ear because it was so infected. They didn't do a very good checkup because they would have seen that. Now they want another $118 to fix it.

Got our puppy her shots. Very professional and fast service.

I needed a new vet for My older dog and I really like this vet. The vet, assistants, and front desk are very polite and kind. They are very knowledgeable and also compassionate. They took the time to explain things as well as being thorough. This will be My new place to go for any animal and I recommend them very highly. Thank you, VCA Dudley!

Would have gave 5 except super high on vaccines

$73 exam fee, that’s outrageous, especially since I had to request that you examine my dogs paws after your exam was done (since that was the reason we were there)! And $71 for 7 days of Apoquel when I can get a 30 day script filled at Costco for $54. I don’t know how you’re still in business charging these prices. I felt financially taken advantage of by the time I left.

Its a Great Animal Hospital, I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else

Friendly staff. Great with Mopar. Was very patient with me. Locked keys in car and was not frustrated with me for holding them up! Def recommend.

Can't say I hated it but after calling around to get prices on getting my dog spayed...they are more than twice as expensive as the other places that I called.

I give the current staff a negative 10 review. They ignored all of the symptoms I told them my dog was having, saying they were due to old age, after charging me $168 for bloodwork. When he continued to deteriorate, I took him to another vet & he was diagnosed with diabetes. VCA wanted to charge me another $200 for meds without even diagnosing him. They totally suck in my opinion.

This vet and staff treated my pet and myself with every bit of compassion and professionalism that I could have ever expected. I Recommend their services to everyone! Also, they take every precaution to keep there clients safe from the Corona-19 virus.

$68 for wellness exam plus $21 for clipping of toenails on a 2 lb puppy, $58 for a follow up fecal exam plus two shots... $230. Too much. And please don't insult this review with an apology. You used to be much more affordable. Very disappointed.

Best vet in town! I have been taking my dog and 5 cats there for 10 years. Everyone is caring and nice, and they always make time for animal emergencies.

Super expensive for the 3 minutes my dog was looked at.

The prices for everything are high. They can't do many things in office they have to send it out to other places like fecal exams to see if they have worms they have to send it to a lab they can't do it there so everything cost more because they have to send it out I've never had a enjoyable experience there.

My go-to place for my dogs and cat. I wouldn't trust my animals in any other hands besides Doctor Mills. She knows what she's doing and acts like she actually cares about your pet. Any vet you go to the prices are going to be high until we actually get pet insurance. I will continue to take our animals here and will recommend to anyone.

We have been a customer for a few years with our 5 cats. Everything is fine until you have a problem. Vet was extremely unprofessional. Took 2 days to get blood work back that was incomplete. Vet had the desk clerk call us to tell us to call Ohio State for a recommendation after we had been waiting on her recommendation for 2 days. Desk clerk was obviously uncomfortable making the call. Vet wasn't courteous enough to make the call herself but made sure she clocked out on time for the day.

Oscar our Chihuahua-Dachshund hurt his leg yesterday, and the staff and vets at Dudley VCA took great care of him- and us- while we were there! Thankfully nothing broken, just a very sore hyperextended leg. Thanks Dudley VCA!

They do all of my animals

Got a great cat a couple months ago really took time for her to adjust to the family and now she loves us and has became an importsnt part of the family. This place really turned our Cocos life around
