I took my son's cat in twice & both times I was very pleased with my service. I was greeted right away & the person was very pleasant and friendly. All the staff is friendly as well. I believe the cat had a very good experience as well.

I have taken every pet in my household (at one point eight animals) to colegate woods, I had always had positive experiences with them. However when asking if they were rabbit savvy they said they could preform my seven month old bunny Fig's spay- she passed during surgery. They handled it very kindly in the beginning apologizing and payed for her cremation but I had filed Fig MY pet as my own animal seeing that I was an adult and financially responsible, and moved out of the house, yet they called my parents first to tell them- only discussed bring/picking her up with my parents after she had passed away. It was very unprofessional. I felt like they were embarrassed to talk to me. I never learned what really happened to my true soul connection of an animal and never received a condolence letter like I had with my other pets. I was never spoken to by doctor Haught and felt left out of the situation. So disappointed and heartbroken. I will not return, be safe with your pets and make sure to ask as many questions as possible.

We were very pleased with the high quality of care and professional services that our golden retriever and her pups received at Colgate Woods Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Haught, her staff and technicians were very caring, kind and attentive to our dog, puppies and us. The clinical and emotional needs of our dog, pups and my daughter and I were of the upmost importance during and after our visit and we were very impressed. Additionally, the facility was clean, well maintained and welcoming upon our arrival. I highly recommend Colgate Woods as their quality of care is superb. Thank you Dr. Huaght for the care and love that you gave Mika and her pups. We are grateful that you took your time to care for our beloved pet and her little brood of puppies in their time of need!

Showed so much compassion when I had to put my fur baby down. Very caring staff.

They are a veterinary hospital , but won’t help. On their web site they say they will work you in, but won’t help unless you are a client. Will not take any new client. Will never go there.

Awesome service and friendly staff.

My friend had recently given a dog and was still in process of finding a vet.A neighbors pit bull attacked her dog.He had crushed ribs and needed stitches in a couple places.Dr.Haught gladly treated my friends dog. I want to thank Dr.Haught and her staff ,my friend had all ready been denied treatment at a emergency clinic near her home due to the inability to pay 650.00 on the spot for treatment. She only had half and was due to get paid later that day.Bear is doing great now .
