This was my first appointment! They were prompt and seemed very thorough! They covered everything and the Dr took her time and explained everything in great detail even though we operated remotely! I’m very please!

By far the best vet I’ve been to so far. The friendliest staff ever. The vet herself Dr. S is just simply amazing. They have taken such good care of my fur baby I’d never think to take her anywhere else. They have done so much in such a short amount of time I highly recommend this place.

Dr. S and her staff at All About Pets are wonderful! Dr. S is very caring for our pets and has managed all of their illnesses and problems for many years in a compassionate and caring way. Our dog Rocky and our cat Mink are not afraid to go to the doctor- they know they are loved and cared for from the moment they walk in the door!

Staff inside is fantastic. Super friendly and they even remember my 2 dogs, no matter which location we are at. They're pretty good at returning calls, and my dogs really like them (and they're very "people picky"). Can be difficult to get ahold of the veterinarian though.

They're great. The staff is super kind and patient. My dog was very anxious and they worked with it. They really do seem to want to help your animal. We had been unable to take our dog to the vet for 2 years and they weren't judgemental. They helped it be a good experience for both my dog and my family.

Everyone at the clinic was an absolute delight. They adored my Mollymauk, and handled her Tortitude so well. We got her lab results back in just a day, which felt super quick. They also allow up to 2 weeks for us to bring in a stool sample, which is great. All About Pets is a high quality vet clinic, which is perfect for my spoiled kitty. They're not cheap, but definitely worth it!

My Jackie got the works and loved her first visit! She got plenty of attention and a very thorough exam that was also very efficient and well organized to not hold things up over the challenges with extra parking lot duties and the COVID precautions. I think she was disappointed to have to leave all her new friends.

The staff and doctor were absolutely awesome! This was my first visit but my daughter has been taking her dogs here for a while. I was really impressed. I had purchased a dog from Petland and he was sick. They took great care of him.

Dr. Sacksteder and the entire staff are wonderful. Kind and thorough. We've never been rushed through an appointment. My pup gets the best care. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

Lost confidence over the last year and a half???? 2 traumatized dogs. 1 dog prior to Covid that had a chronic infection that we were never told was a reoccurring chronic infection, he suffered terribly before his death and without adequate pain medication too. It was horrifying. 1 dog during Covid pandemic that we weren't permitted to go in with due to Covid ordinances, she was so terrified. Instead of being kind and patient they were rough & decided to muzzle our sweet girl without prior notice or permission and in the process our poor girls face hit the glass sooooo hard. Not cool. We would have just opted to reschedule until the Covid pandemic was over before we ever let her be handled rough like that just because we couldn't go in with her. Can't unsee our poor sweet terrified babies face hitting that glass door & or how scared she was loooong after we took her home. Again, horrifying.

All About Pets staff and Dr. S. couldn't have been better. Gina, the tech, explained how the appointment would go, she answered any questions, even giving information before I asked. After my 2 cats were examined, Dr. S. came into the room to give her findings and tell me what all had been checked & results(ears, teeth, nail trim, etc.). This was an initial visit. For recommended flea control and diet, they checked the price for their supplier and for Chewy.com. Very thorough and competent.

I am very happy with All About Pets and Dr. Sacksteder. I am a new client with my puppy, Mina, and the staff was warm, inviting, and friendly. I was informed about many things I needed to know about how to care for Mina and how to keep her healthy and safe. I would and currently do recommend others to bring their pets to All About Pets.

Friendly staff. Identified my pets problem and took aggressive action to mitigate the nasty infection in his ears. After 1 week the antibiotics and ear drops seem to be working and the infection is well on its way of being gone!!! We have a follow up appointment in a few weeks. Hopefully all is well with my Pooch!!!

I love taking our pets to this place. The doctor and staff are kind, and make us feel like family. The care given is extraordinary, however, I wish a senior discount could be implemented.

The staff and veterinarian at this office are awesome! Erin is always so helpful and friendly when you call to schedule or when you check in for an appointment. All of the technicians are super friendly and knowledgeable. My pets love everyone there! The PetDesk app makes requesting appointments and prescription refills super easy and they approve prescription orders through the online store quickly! They make sure to take into consideration what is needed and what the best options are for you and your pets. I would highly recommend this veterinary office to anyone in Washington and the surrounding areas! The service and quality are completely worth the drive.
