Wonderful customer service. They got me in even though I was a new patient because it was urgent for me. They are all so delightful, kind and patient. I would highly recommend this location. Dr. Kovicic was an angel.

I've been going to this vet for about 20 years I've sent my moms dog there and my mother in-laws cats I've paid their ridiculous prices because I felt comfortable there until this morning my moms dog had a injury to her back leg a few months back she's 13 not much they could do we have made her comfortable with expensive medications and now its time we wanted to spend a couple more days with her and they told me I had to wait six days I asked what if she can't make it that long should I call the emergency vet they said I guess so. I'm very saddened and upset with the lack of empathy in this situation I will not return to this vet

I have taken my cat here for years whenever anything went wrong. They were always responsive and friendly with me and treated Lilly (my cat) well

I took my pets here for years up until recently. This is a corporate owned vet that over charges consumers. They didn’t used to be like this. Seriously, check around on the prices they charge - it’s ridiculous. I’m all about good quality care for pets but they mark everything up like crazy.

At the beginning it was professional... Then my dog at neutral and it got worst... 7 different medications later... Then i make the last appointment to find out the road was closed had 5 min to get there.. I called to let them know I would have to drive another 10 min.. knowing I live in Cleveland 35 min to get there... She says VCA employee. We will have to reschedule?? Told her Im in the area already... Doctor told her I would have to wait after the appt. After me?? So knowing that you hve to sit outside for a 20 appt..an hour or so is just ridiculous!!! Never would visit again!!! Will find another vet

I have canceled their email subscription about five times and they will not stop. I ended up choosing a different vet now that I moved back because of them being so annoying I’m going to call Monday and complain as well this is ridiculous

Great place for a pet family members

My first visit today with my cat, I was impressed. They got me in on the same day (kitty is sick), were very kind and helpful on the phone. They had me call from the parking lot to get kitty (covid - they were very careful. Also, I don't mind sitting in my car instead of inside haha). We had Dr. Friedman and she was great. They were incredibly professional and did not over charge like a lot of vets. Even had discounts as we were new to the office. I'm a fan and definitely recommend!

Doing a beautiful job during Covid-19.

Since I’ve been a teenager we have always taken our pets to Royalton Road Animal hospital. The Drs were ALWAYS so kind & caring. They treated our pets as if they were their own. Fast forward to when they merged with York Road Animal Hospital & became VCA affiliated. I was concerned that they might be more concerned about money than our animals. Thankfully that is not the case. We were extremely pleased with our new Vet. Dr Kovacic is amazing. She is the Cat Whisperer. Her genuinely kind nature puts animals and their owners at ease. She has treated our cats since they were kittens. Her ability to remain calm when my one ”fraidy cat” is being examined takes great skill & kindness. Recently she put our other cat to sleep. She had followed us through the entire process of when we found a lump on her leg until her eventually euthanasia. Every step of the way. Every examination. Every text/call. She has been a fountain of care & knowledge. I can never thank her enough for her kindness. She will say that is her job. But it’s so much more. She is the very best veterinarian & I’m telling you that you MUST take your pets to her. Tell them that Peanut sent you!!!

Great to work with in covid and non covid times

The personnel is very friendly & professional. Dr. Adams is compassionate about her job and the well- being of the animals. She spends the time explaining any concerns or procedures pertaining to your pet. I would highly recommend the North Royalton VCA facility.

This is only the second time I've ever posted online for a business. But actually this is very personal. We had to have our beloved cat euthanized last week. We were devastated. I'm so grateful we were referred to this veterinary hospital. Dr. Kovacic (and her staff) were so kind and gentle and respectful of both me and our cat. I can't remember if I thanked them when I left, so I'm doing that now.

I came in for my first visit with my very nervous dog the other day and met with Dr. Kovacic. She was PHENOMENAL. I have taken my dog to 3 different vets before this and none of them have taken the time and effort that she did with my dog. She spent time playing, giving her cheese, and working hard on my dogs terms to gain her trust. Other vets have just held her down and hoped for the best. The receptionists were very helpful when calling in. I was reminded multiple times of my appointment and they were extremely prompt with answering the phones. Bringing my dog here was so incredibly worth it. The prices weren’t out of the ordinary and they ensured she was thoroughly checked before she was sent home. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

Entire staff was very nice! I felt welcomed and comfortable and the vet took her time with us answering all my questions. I am very pleased.

This was my first time taking my dog to VCA after a terrible experience at our former vet. The ladies I dealt with were very very kind and caring and explained everything in full detail. After all the tests and care package they sent home I found the price for all to be very reasonable. I only put 4 stars since this was my first experience with them but im sure we will be life long customers and bring the rest of our fur babies to be treated there as well .

I cant even begin to explain how impressed I have been with the staff and doctors at this animal hospital. Having a cat diagnosed with cancer is hard enough, but having that happen during a pandemic is even worse. The amount of empathy and warmth that Dr. Calvalcanti provided during out guy's final journey was incredible. When it was time to put our cat to sleep, Dr. Slabotny took the time to explain to my kiddo what would be happening and she allowed our cat to have a beautiful and peaceful death. And let's not forget Dr. Friedman who has been taking wonderful care of our new kitten. We have definitely found our veterinarian practice home.
