Everyone is just so sweet. Reasonable prices and hours. Personally I love this place. It's quaint and has a home feel . Dr Vance is genuine , personable and has a deep love for his furry patients

Dr Arnold has always been kind, compassionate and knowledgeable with my bunnies and the vet techs are great. I put my trust in them.

It was the best! I was kept informed by text & phone. I even received a sweet pic of my pup after the surgery with a text using his voice. Even the invoice had a sweet note about my puppy from those that treated him. I’ve already recommended them to my friend who is now taking her puppy to them!

Hart's Animal Hospital is the best of the best!! I have a fur baby that needs a little extra TLC when it comes to going to the vet and they go above and beyond to make the vet experience one of a kind! Their approach to handling my girl makes me feel so good about taking her to them! And the compassion they show towards me, as well, when I need to make decisions regarding my pets care is awesome! I would highly, highly recommend this veterinarian practice!! I am so lucky they are so close to home, but I would drive miles and miles away to get the type of care and service they provide!!

Dr. Arnold is an amazing vet. I have been with her for over 8 years. She is professional and compassionate. I know the staff has the best interests of my 3 goldens at all times. We are dealing in difficult times with covid still here but they have sent emails keeping us informed of their policies!

I've taken both my cats to Hart's Animal Hospital this year and while my experience wasn't worthy of 5-stars, I will continue to take my pets there. Dr. Beth Arnold is fantastic. She did dental work on my cat and she kept me informed in all steps of the process. I felt that she really cared about my cat and it is much appreciated. My other cat saw a different veterinarian, and while they weren't as upfront with information as Dr. Arnold, I did find that they did explain things further when I asked. The staff has some bad eggs, for sure. I had my credit card charged without them telling me how much the bill was first, they don't always give you all the information about medication (if it needs refrigerated), and they can be a bit snotty on the phone. But there are other staff members that are exceptional. Bottom line, be a good pet parent and ask questions if you don't understand something. I've had questions after a visit and the doctors have always returned my calls the same day. As far as their current mask policy and one person at a time policy, they are very clear and upfront about it. I was told about the policy when I made the appointment and again when they called to confirm the appointment. One reviewer mentioned driving across town for their child to go to the bathroom ... well, if "across town" is half a mile up the road to the Speedway on the corner, that is one mighty small town.

We had to wait outside while they took my dog and did god knows what. There is no reason for us to have waited outside. Either way they wouldn't let me go in with her. The CDC no longer recommend that. My 7 year old daughter needed to use the bathroom. They told us to drive across town to the gas station! Unbelievable! It was supposed to be a preoperative appointment. Obviously I wasn't going to let them do surgery on my dog after watching them reel my little dog in as if she was a fish caught at the pond. So I drove my daughter to the nearest bathroom. We made it in time. Thank goodness. When I got back and texted as instructed, I was informed that they had not started yet. we then waited more out in front. They had a list of reasons why they could let me in with my dog and why the refuse to let my daughter use the bathroom. So much BS. This was a total waste of time and money. I wouldn't trust them with a house plant. I wish I had checked the reviews before I had gone. If your going to use them bring a bucket to pee in hand be prepared to wait outside. I would say they were bad vets but I think they might just be bad people.

Withheld information about my cat and dog...which lead to their deaths. Was ridiculed, talked down to, and lectured about information I had not been privy to. Awful, awful vets....please don't go there if you care about your animals.

This crew bent over backwards to treat my hyper active 2yr old pup.It took a coordinated effort by the staff and they pulled it of like true professionals. I look forward to future visits.

Not friendly staff at all. I have had multiple opportunities to speak with the staff and every time I was treated as if I was ignorant or bothering them. I actually called at 5:55pm one evening to ask a question and I was told all the computers were turned off so she hung up on me before I could even ask my question. My question did not need a computer to be pulled up and if that was the case you should just not have answered the phone. Jen is very rude and condescending every time I had to call for one of our dogs. When you work with the public and their dogs you need to be kind and compassionate and that is not this office. I would highly recommend going somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!! After posting this review and then reading other reviews and seeing many common complaints as mine I feel the need to update my review. I think some good educational workshops and classes for the staff would be very beneficial. I would highly recommend classes on customer service but also just good overall people skills. If then changes are not seen and evident by the reviews and your clients, then I would look at hiring new staff to compliment your office. I guarantee if you do you will see great changes in your office, your clients but also the remaining staff.

We took our cat Milo who has very bad anxiety at the vet. The staff calmed Milo down, got him his shots and answered all our questions. Excellent service!

Staff is helpful and friendly. Can be affordable unless you have major issues with your pet. Treatment can get very costly!! Tests are sent out when antibiotics are needed.. so your pet must wait for test results before receiving any scripts. Not happy about that!

Dr. Arnold and her supporting staff are absolutely fantastic, They answered my million questions And treated my pet like it was their own !! And my pet (squirt) is not exactly a very common animal To do an operation on !!

Dr. Hart and staff were truly empathetic when we had to put our fur baby down. Very understanding and made my son feel so calm. Thank you for your thoughts and time!

Very professional! They take care of rabbits if anyone is wondering. Definitely the best price for a rabbit spay that I've found. My baby girl comes back from her spay later today.

I brought my two cats here for their annual check-ups as new patients. I can't say enough good about them! Not only did they take excellent care of my cats, but they were very open about treatment options and the associated price ranges, not at all pushy or insistent on expensive procedures or medications. What really impressed me about them was when they accidentally charged us for a less expensive version of one of our cats' preventative shots, they left a voicemail to tell me what had happened after the appointment (I wasn't able to answer the phone) and said that it was their mistake and they weren't going to charge us the difference - simply that we'd need to expect a higher price next year if we went with the same shots. The honesty and integrity of this office is impressive. All in all, highly recommended!

Beth Arnold has been our vet for over 10 years. She recently joined this practice and we are so happy that we are able to continue with her.

Used to be a great vet during the original ownership. The place has chanced hands several times now and the quality of service has really suffered. We tried to support them but after an hour of waiting for a normal checkup we left. After 14 years we are no longer a customer.

Dr. Hart is great however I have felt rushed when asking questions or voicing concerns. Also, some of the staff members can be very rude. I’ve taken many of my dogs here for a long time however, I’ve decided to go elsewhere.

I will NOT be bringing my dog back here. One woman had to ruin the whole experience for me and my dog. I tried to make it easier for this woman to get a leash around my dog by throwing a treat next to her so my dog would approach, and she immediately told me I should not be rewarding my dog for "yelling" at people. First off, I never give my dog a treat for barking, it was only to make it easier for you to leash him. Secondly, how I train my dog is my business and NONE of yours. I'm here for my dog's physical wellbeing, not your unsolicitated training advice. This same lady had the gall to come back out with my dog after his appointment and accuse me of causing him to have separation anxiety. I'm sorry, is it unnatural for a 3 month old puppy to whine when they're away from the people they trust? Also, I adopted him amidst the COVID-19 crisis; we have been stuck in our homes all day due to the stay at home order. We literally have not been apart and I see no reason to deprive a young puppy of some much needed attention. Anyway, as I went to transfer him from her leash to mine, I remarked that she had it way too tight. My pup was struggling to breathe, yet she stood there pulling the leash taut as I repeated myself that it was too tight while I was trying to get it off his neck. Not sure what this woman's deal was, but I'll gladly bring my business elsewhere to an animal hospital whose staff isn't condescending or disrespectful towards their clients.

That Lang guy should lose his license. He is not a doctor, he's a monster.

Lisa M.

Disgraceful. I hope that Dr. Lang and the staff receive the same care that I did when their family / loved one is in need of medical attention. When my dog died 10 minutes after I left and I asked to come back, they said no because they were closing. I drove with my dead dog for 45 minutes in rush hour so I could go to a real veterinarian hospital. Their licenses should be revoked.

The Dr and staff were kind to our pup and us. And educational. It was our first visit and we are very happy with our choice of Hart's!

I felt rushed! I think the veterinarian or assistant should have given the pills at the office, instead of sending them home for me to give. I had to ask them to apply the frontline, it should of all been done at the office that’s why we were there! We will be back and I’m hoping for a better experience. So I can update my review.
