Caldwell Veterinary Clinic New Brighton, Ohio

Everyone that works here is so kind. I started bringing my cat to Dr. Caldwell and now we see his daughter who has taken over the family business (which is amazing). We moved away from this area but I still take both of our pets here because of how reasonably priced they are for such great care - it is well worth the drive.

Pretty decent vet clinic, one of the cheaper ones in the area.

Very professional people nice to talk too. They explain everything in detail what they did for my puppy on his first visit. I will continue going here for my dog very pleased with the vet here.

Friendly staff, thorough doctors, always can get an appointment in a timely manor.

Poor customer service, injects pets without owners permission, no invoice given that explains what each service costs before paying, business not like it used to be when it was first opened, interactions feels impersonable, can never get a hold of someone when calling

We have gone to this clinic for years, first with Dr. Caldwell, and then with his daughter, Dr. Boucek. Both are knowledgeable and caring. In addition, the vet techs are very helpful and willing to help with any situation any time that I call. We trust them with our fur babies, and if there is a problem that is beyond the care that they offer, they are honest and make a recommendation to a nearby specialty clinic. I appreciate the atmosphere of this family-run business, and the fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I take my 4 dogs n 3 cats all to the same yearly appointment which saves me time n money n when I was out of town for work n my dog broke through the camper window they talked me through it all n looked at the photos to diagnose the situation not knowing any of the vets in that area

They truly have your pets best interest at heart. Not nearly as expensive as most vets. The best part is its family owned and ran. Super helpful people. I recommend these guys to everyone I know.

Caldwell Veterinary Clinic offers professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely tender care for your pets. I have taken my dogs to see Dr. Caldwell and Dr. Jill for a number of years and I've recommended them to my family and friends. A while ago, I actually left for another Vet office only because it was closer to my home and my dog, Izzy, didn't do so well in the car. I went back to Caldwell Vet Clinic hat-in-hand after Izzy had gone through a few questionable procedures. I had my records transferred back but they still contacted the other vet to be sure they understood exactly what was going on with her. This is priceless. To have a Veterinarian go above and beyond for your pet is priceless. Recently, we said goodbye to Izzy. It was a hard decision to make, but one that we arrive at together, with every possible avenue considered. Caldwell Veterinary Clinic is the vet you choose as a responsible pet owner. Period.

My family and I have been taking our dogs here for 30 years, so we've been through a lot with them. We love both Dr. Caldwell and Dr. Boucek. The Doctors and staff are knowledgeable and genuinely caring. You can't beat the care your pets will receive here and you probably can't beat the prices either.
