Diamond (front)American Bulldog, Sophie and Mugsy were Boxers. They had the best care possible. We also had a Teacup Poodle, a Sheltie, a White Shepherd and my husband’s Black & Tan, Guide Dog plus 3 cats. They all had exemplary care. Thank You BRVH !!!

In October my poor cat of 16 years had to be put down. The people, all of the staff were wonderful, sympathetic, and caring. They took care of my Cat Rocky, made him comfortable til he left this world. We are very grateful to all at Bradys Run Vet Clinic, and received a symathy card after that.

I always have a good experience here and I trust the vet more than Banfield. All the staff all clearly loves animals and strive to give the best care.

The doctor explained all of our options clearly and explained what could be going on with our dog. Each staff member we talked to took the time to tell us what to watch for. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

They are excellent in taking care of our 2 Westies- Cody and Darcie. They get a thorough check up once a year and they are very responsive when I need meds or a cytopoint shot for Cody. I have never had any issues. The vets and the vet techs are very kind and helpful! I also use their online pharmacy which is reliable and offers occasional discounts on my seresto and heartworm meds.

I want to thank everyone and Dr. Kendrew for their extreme kindness when I had to put my sweet beagle, Bailey, down. It is not an easy decision, but the staff was very supportive.

The doctor was so nice. He was thorough and informative. I couldn't be more pleased with his services and even the vet tech we saw before him. However the office staff was not very welcoming or friendly. I was very disappointed. No one greeted us when we walked in even as my dog was terrified. I felt like a bother at the entry desk when signing in and asking questions. On our way out I stood at the desk waiting to check out and not one person said anything! No hello, no how was your appointment, nothing! I stood there for a good while before even being acknowledged to pay the bill.

After canceling an appt 15 minutes after it was made in January Bradys run never contacted me until October saying i never canceled and have to pay a no show fee, plus an extra fee every month since Jan! No calls, no emails, no letters. 9 months!!! And after calling twice now about it was told theyll "call me back from the billing dept." No call. But that bill will be higher next month! They have no appts, unless they really want to see your pets because the next appt for me was months away, but other people got in in less than 2 weeks. I used to recommend bradys all the time. Now youve lost a client.

Very knowledgeable. Treated my cat for fleas. Seems to be working. Also, got all the necessary shots. Did a cat physical. He passed! Very friendly. Will return.
