Called to set a emergency appointment for my pup. Asked if I could get in before March and was hung up on. Shame on you people!

They were thorough and did an amazing job with my dog! I can not recommend them enough.

Very kind and caring staff and doctor. They were able to get us in when others put us off for a month or longer. Unfortunately our visit ended up in our elderly golden retriever needing to be put to sleep- but only after a thorough evaluation and discussion of a of all of our options. For such a sad occasion, I cannot imagine anywhere else handling these difficult times with a more perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. They have earned our future business for our other two dogs and any that we may have in the future. .

Some of the best and kindest vets around.. would highly recommend them... they will be my vet for every fur baby I'll ever have

We adopted out Strudel in March of 2020 and decided on big rock due to the great reviews and the reviews don't lie. We never questioned what the vet had to say and we saw all of them, we trusted them whole heartedly. We had quite the quirky dog and they learned how to best take care of her. We have recommended them to many of our family members. When they told us that she had cancer and we didn't have long, they did it in such a gentle way, even tho we saw it coming. When we had to put her to sleep, they made sure we had the time we needed. I would recommend this vet office to anyone.

Excellent, high standard of care at reasonable prices. I've referred several neighbors and family members to this practice since it opened 5 years ago, and they've all been just as pleased. Friendly, patient veterinarians and staff (even with fractious cats and fearful dogs). So glad to have them here in Beaver County!

We take our dogs here. All the ladies that work there are really nice and professional from the Doctors to the vet techs and front desk people. It's also very clean. I will say, you pay a little more here than other places we've used in the past, but it's definitely worth the money for the care your pets get.

Thus was my 1st time there and I couldn't have been more satisfied. They gave time and attention to my dog and explained everything so I could understand it. I also wasn't taken to the cleaners as far as cost goes, it was very reasonable. I'm very pleased and will continue to go there.

Staff were professional and took great care of my cat. The doctor was thorough and compassionate.

I actually switched vets from five points to big rock. Big rock vet found my dog zora had cushions disease while five points never bothered to get any blood work from my dog. This is the best place you can take your animals to. Great doctors and techs. My dog needs to be on a very expensive medication for the rest of her life. In which five points over looked My dog could have seizures without this medication. Her blood levels were extremely high But now thanks to big rock doctors and staff. She feels like a whole lot better. Would recommend to anyone..

I really had a good relationship with my last vet but we moved and I had to switch. Dr. Ann is absolutely amazing! The staff is wonderful. I have a hard time trusting anyone with the care of my dogs. I try to be as natural as possible and I didn't feel one bit pressured to do anything I did not want to do. I'll never go anywhere else. Big Rock and Dr. Ann have gained my trust. It's so hard to find a good vet anymore. She's one of a kind. Thank you ladies so much!

Holy mackerel, one of the best bet experiences I've had since I moved to the area 11 years ago. They were kind, professional, were so good with my cat, and didn't try to push a bunch of extras on me, which has been a big issue with vets I've dealt with previously. They're very clear in what they're doing and why, as well. Fantastic place, I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in the future.

They got our dog Cooper in the same day I called. They didn’t charge an arm and a leg andddd they didn’t make us do any unnecessary tests. They were very fair with their prices and I would absolutely refer them to anyone looking for a vet! Not to mention they called us twice to check up on the progress of our dog, Cooper.

Took all 3 of my dogs there, easy. Had to wait a little because of covid but they were really fast when they had the dogs.
