The Doctor's and techs are fantastic! I had a vet I loved but had too many issues with the office staff and had to change. My pups couldn't be happier and are always treated as if they are their own!!!

Took my bernedoodle in for a haircut to celebrate her first birthday and meeting my family at Christmas for the first time. They did the exact opposite of what I asked for. I said "just a trim, we like her fluffy with long hair on the top." $115 later ($35 more than our usual place) and I'm embarrassed to take her home! Should have taken birthday pictures before the appointment. They said they were busy for the holiday and blamed the uneven portions on matting even though I brushed her an hour before the appointment.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and staff! The staff listens to you and offers personal and professional suggestions which is so so helpful. They treat your animal amazing as well!

Called for insight on our friends dog marley, rachel was a charm to talk to and very informative.

Totally recommend! 5*! Very nice & welcoming. It is only 2nd best 2 my regular vet only bcuz I was out of town at my sisters. If I'm ever at my sister's and need a vet, Willow will be the place I go.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. The facility is a bit older but in very good shape, and very pet friendly to keep things clean.

Hands down the best vet I have ever visited. I will always drive an hour and a half just to come to this vet than going to any near my hometown. They are incredibly professional, I had Dr. Connolly for my last visit and she was very easy going, and straight to the point. No medical jargon, it was very easy to understand what was going on and what needed to be done for our kitten. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff here, they have always been helpful and incredibly kind. You can tell everyone who works here really cares about your pets!!

Great experience. Partner and I got a new kitten who was in bad shape. These folks gave her some good meds and us some good advice so she was much better after just a few days.

I wouldn't know because I have yet to meet the doctor. I started our GSD puppy here in August, but will be changing vets after the last visit when I was expecting to at least talk to a doctor.. I even brought up issues that needed addressed when I made the appointment. I sent him in(per their covid guidelines), and he was returned to me 5 minutes later by the technician without even a phone call from the doctor while he was in there. Very disappointed because I really wanted this vet to work, but I will just drive an hour to the vet that we already know and trust.

Drs Whiteman and Hess are excellent veterinarians. But they’re also terrific people who always show our dogs kindness and empathy.

Dr. Geisler was incredibly professional, kind, and genuine. She even carried our dog back out to the car herself after she injured her paw.

Dr. Hess is probably the best vet I have ever worked with. His attention to detail, follow up, and medical accumine is what sets him apart. You can tell this man loves what he does and cares a great deal about your animal. He treats your pet as if it were apart of his family. I would highly reccomend Dr. Hess and his team.

Dr. Joey went ABOVE & BEYOND with the care she showed for our brand new puppy. Her follow up was truly impressive and very much appreciated. We picked the right Vet right away! Feeling very fortunate to have such a great resource so close to home. Thank you so very much to the whole Willow Wood team!

Dr Whiteman and the whole staff are absolutely amazing. They are so kind not only to our animals but to humans too! We love them!

The vet techs and receptionists were wonderful. However the vet himself was rude, dismissive, vague. Did not seem to care about us. Was judgemental. We will not be returning.

We switched to Willow Wood Animal Hospital after several issues at another veterinary hospital. The issues were small for the most part but they did prompt me to look for a new vet. So glad I did! The entire staff, from the front desk to the technicians and doctors is great. In the 3 years we have used WWAH we have not had a single instance that left us uncomfortable. You can feel very confident having your pet cared for here.

Wonderful, friendly staff! They've always taken great care of our dogs and fit us in last minute when needed. Highly recommend!
