Highly recommend for grooming and day-care.

Great place that truly tries to find a good home for the pets they have for adoption. Very thorough with your background check and the staff makes sure it's a good fit.

The people here are amazing. We take Lulu in for day care and she loves the people there.

They take great care of our dogs and have been very accommodating.

We had to board our dogs last minute because Of a family death and the TLC pet lodge was very accommodating. The place we usually take our dogs was booked and had no room but I called the TLC pet lodge and they got us right in. I am very thankful that they allowed us on such short notice.

Staff is always so friendly, dogs are very well taken care.

Durst works magic! She has been grooming our dog for years. Now that our Gracie is a geriatric dog we are grateful for Durst. We know that Durst will take care of her like she is her own.

I have called 3 days in a row and left voice-mails stating that I'm interested in getting information on boarding for my 2 dogs. I never received a call back. Their website looks promising and the prices listed seem decent. However, their inability to respond to a potential client has lost my trust in their ability to care for my pets. I shall be looking elsewhere.

Dirty, cat area smelled horribly. Very unprofessional.

TLC always does a great job taking care of my dog when we visit Mentor. This visit is first time I used option to give her a bath. She was very clean and soft after her bath. Staff I interacted with were very friendly.

Our kitties stayed here for a few days while we waited to move into our new home. The team was professional and kind, and our kitties had a great stay!

My German Shepherd pup loves this place! He was surprisingly good for the night he had to stay there. The staff kept us updated on how he was doing and I felt comfortable having him in their care.

My English Mastiff Charlotte loves to go to puppy camp at TLC. She's lived and well taken care of. I highly recommend them to watch your fur baby. They are top notch 1st class care.

They don’t respond to applicants that apply to work there AT ALL! They just leave potential applicants waiting to hear back with no response at all.

This review is about sales and customer service. My pet hasn't been here. But they carry the BEST dog food "Fromm Family". While waiting for my pet food I overheard a phone conversation. The receptionist was overly friendly and went above and beyond her duties. She was googling and researching vet vaccination locations and times for the elderly lady on the phone. Most employees would just tell you to google it yourself. If the employees stock the best food, and go thru this much trouble for a phone in, imagine how well they will treat your furry friend!

I have used Mentor TLC for over 15 years as a kennel and as groomers. I couldn’t be more happy with their kindness to my dogs. I can’t say enough about these experienced and friendly people

We brought a dog for a weekend stay while we were out of town. They did an excellent job. We often turned down opportunities to take a weekend away because we were not comfortable leaving our pup, but not anymore. They are great!

Staff is very friendly. Clean and bright facility. Very comfortable having my girls there when I go on vacation because I know they will be taken care of.

TLC was highly recommended by a friend. My dogs had never been kenneled before, so naturally I was very worried. I had an emergency situation where I had to drive to OH for a funeral and my two dog sitters were both on vacation. My three Airedales spent the night at TLC and received wonderful care. I have one that is reactive (a rescue) and she did very well. The facilities are bright, cheerful and clean. The staff is amazing! My dogs were happy and very settled on the long ride back to the Philadelphia area. I can't thank them enough!

Don't take your dogs here. As a former employee I've seen behind close doors and it is disgusting. The place where the dogs go out 3x smells so bad. Its unsanitary. How the kennel is run/set up is pretty much jail. There's only one person on a shift so if there's 30 dogs to take care of it's impossible to give the dogs the attention they need. The thing that really bothered me about this place is that the owners daughter uses this place like a personal puppy mill. She breeds Airedales and when I left she kept at least 7 of them there. These dogs live in an area that's about a foot or so wide and about 6 feet long if that. Because they grew up in the kennel, they have never been outside, never been socialized and have never been in a loving home. The most she does is walk past their kennel and wave. That's not what a dog needs. I still think about them and those dogs did not get the life they deserved. Even though the owner has claimed my review is false, I worked my butt off there for over a year. I have seen what goes on there, even though she says come for a tour they will walk you too the kennel door and not any farther. They claim its an insurance liability but its not. They just don't want you to see there disgusting kennel. Also the "kennel techs" that are claimed to be certified are not, someone who has that certification would not waste their time working at a gross kennel. They would work at a vet office where they could actually use their skills. They are making false claims so I would ask to see these credentials for every staff member they have. So please don't put your pet through that. No animal deserves to stay at tlc

my dog buddy is a rescue and can get a bit skittish and nervous. the people at TLC Pet Lodge were amazing I have left him there to bored as well as taking there for his grooming they are great and buddyl oves it too!
