I was very pleased with my visit for my cat Pelé. He was treated with care and the Doctor really seemed to care. We were not rushed and the rates, like others have said, are very reasonable. The updated facility is very clean and inviting. We appreciate the follow up phone calls as well. I highly recommend Big Creek Veterinary.

Good experience overall. But... waited 45 minutes to see the vet. And this was for an appointment made a week in advance. Stress of long waits are hard on nervous/sick pets.

We were very happy with our first visit to Big Creek Veterinary! Everyone there is so helpful, patient and friendly. All three dogs were very comfortable and enjoyed their visit, even though they did get shots! They will be sure to tell all of their friends how nice everyone was to them! Happy customers!

We found out a few eeks ago that cancer was taking our 14 year our German Shepard Boxer, Bear. When the time came to ease him into the next life my vet said they couldnt get him in for an entire week. My friend gave me Big Creek's number to the concord location. I called and they got us right in the next morning and were all so wonderful. Thank you big creek. ???? our Bear suffering didnt have to continue.

I have taken my dog here for years. Over the last year the service has become horrible. For the last 6 months we have been back and forth 4+ times for a situation. Been given antibiotics and even had a procedure, all to no avail. They've got plenty of my money, and, I've got a dog that is miserable. It is a Thursday at 11:43AM (that I am writing this), I called them at 8:01AM to talk to a Vet, and, I am still waiting for a call back from one of there Vets. My wife is on the way to the Vet ER. Shame shame shame on Big Creek. They've grown so much, but, bigger is not better. Seems they've gotten too big for their britches.

Rude to me in an emergency situation. Receptionist was cold and seemed to not have any concern for my dog whatsoever. Offered me no help or suggestions. wouldn’t squeeze my dog in For emergency and my dog was already at emergency vet, and couldn’t find anything wrong even though she’s very sick so I wanted her regular vet to see her right away. (this is my dogs usual vet office). They told me to call back and “see if I can get in tomorrow.” How does that help me?! How does that help an emergency with the dog?! They didn’t even ask her symptoms. Bottom line, I found a new vet a few minutes later. update: I received a voicemail that they received a fax from the emergency vet and wanted to see how pippa is doing. All this tells me is the office doesn’t communicate whatsoever about emergency situations for REGULAR PATIENTS. Unprofessional.

It friendly and clean love the place first time being there

Dr. Percival and the team at Big Creek saved my dog's life, twice! In addition to that, they have been available to answer every question that I have had about my dogs health via phone whenever I call. Needless to say that I would highly recommend Big Creek to anyone who may be looking for a trustworthy and reputable vet.

To say we love Big Creek is an understatement. They took amazing care of the senior dog we adopted and helped us through the difficult decisions that come with that. We're always seen quickly and prices are very fair.

First time brought a new puppy here for her first exam. First class operation and shortly after my appointment received a nice card welcoming us to their practice and to call with any questions. Very nice touch. Highly recommended.

Called on a weekday when my regular vet was closed wanting to bring in our dog to be put down as he had cancer and was declining in health quickly as of that morning. Well they were very cold, receptionist just said they were booked that day and the following day and didn't try to offer any other vets to call or things I could do to help our dog be comfortable or to offer any kind words to me to help the situation I was in I just thought that a small town vet would be more helpful and try to accomidate a customer with a terrible thing they were going to deal with a fit me in to help my dog no less. It's not like it's a time consuming procedure. I will never recommend them to anyone I know in the future.

Best vet in greater Cleveland! The staff is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They are willing to go above and beyond, and do surgeries that others won't even attempt. It can be difficult to get an appointment at times, but the wait is well worth it. Definitely recommend calling 3 weeks out or even earlier if you can.

Dr Percival was wonderful with my Lucy’s surgery. He took his time explaining everything. I never felt rushed. He also called the next morning himself to see how she was feeling. I am changing from her other vet to him for all my Lucy’s needs.
