I have been going here since the 80's. All the veterinarians and the entire staff are fantastic. They have always treated my cats and dogs with care and respect. Special thanks to Dr Ting. My dogs love to visit. Thanks.

They are great with my dog ???? A little wait in the car, but then a shorter office visit inside. Very caring staff. I highly recommend this vet office !!!

This place is AMAZING!!! Lakeshore Animal Hospital truly cares about animals. Dr. Ting has gone above and beyond to help take care of our cat Kane. We had an appointment to see them on February 16th but Kane started slipping fast, so she got us in on January 26th and got some tests done with a follow-up on February 2nd. So far, he is doing so much better, and between the two appointments, she called to check up on him several times. He still has an appointment on the 16th for another follow-up, but man these people are AMAZING. Cannot stress that part enough.

They take the time to explain and educate pet parents on the best way to take care of their pets. Plus they bribe my terrier with treats, so he actually likes going to the Vet!

The staff is friendly and efficient. They truly love and care about the animals. The animals are seen quickly. They usually get me back right away. Dr. Ting is very compassionate and you can tell that she loves what she does. They don't try to convince you to spend more money than you need to like other vets do. I took my dog in for a teeth cleaning and Dr. Ting said he didn't really need it done. My experience with other vets is that, in that situation, they would have cleaned them anyway. Just to make a profit. I can't say enough good things about Lake Shore Animal Hospital!

They have never let my kitties down. My cats might not be overly excited to see the docs but they know that they will be feeling well in no time.

I recently had to make the difficult decision to euthanize my beloved cat Guido, it was a very emotional time for me. The entire staff at Lake Shore Animal Hospital was very caring but none more so than Dr Nehal. Her genuine compassion for me and the well-being of my pet was comforting. Her calm and sympathetic demeanor helped to ease my anxiety. I cannot thank Dr Nehal enough and would highly recommend her and Lake Shore Animal Hospital for the care of your pets.

I love this vet! I've been bringing my dogs here about 10 years now. Every time one of my dogs is sick, they've gotten us in same day. All the vets are wondeful!!

I have a neighbor who has been using Lakeshore Animal Hospital for close to 25 yrs. This neighbor has been suffering from cancer for several years. Due to her illness can no longer care for her 3 golden retrievers and asked me to take them to be re-homed. Before re-homing her pets, I contacted Lakeshore Animal Hospital and explained to the receptionist, Laura, what was going on. I asked Laura for an appointment ASAP, for exams and updated shots, since the dogs had not visited the doctor since 2017, do to my neighbor's illness. Laura told me that the first available appointment was Sept 14, 5 weeks away. I pleaded for an earlier appointment as the dogs needed veterinary care before I could re-home them. Laura stated that all vets were scheduling out 4 to 5 weeks. I asked if I could talk to Dr. Ting more than once during our conversation. Since that was not possible I asked if Dr. Ting would call me. I never heard from doctor Dr. Ting, but Laura called back and said that the first available appointment was Sept 14, PERIOD. I was able to find a vet in Wickliffe that heard about the situation and agreed to see all 3 dogs on 8/15/2020. They were able to accommodate us quickly. The wonderful reception service I received from the Wickliffe vet is the kind of service that should be provided by all animal clinics.
