PetSmart has done a good job of keeping a variety of pet food on the shelves, despite the supply chain crisis. We only go here now because we can find the food we need for our babies.

Always go above and beyond to help out customers. Very knowledgeable. Great pet services.

I am disappointed with PetSmart this evening. I bought a Parakeet ($39.99) for a Christmas present to later find him in his cage sixteen days later not alive, only two days after their return policy which was never explained to me, I assumed it was the typical thirty days. When I took him back they asked me if I wanted my money back or exchange for another bird, of course another bird only to find out at checkout they charged me $39.99 again. I didn't understand why when they asked me money back or exchange. They said I was misinformed and it was past the fourteen days. I asked for the manager, Rosanne (sp?) and she stated I signed the fourteen day contract. Her sensitivity chip was missing along with doing what is ethically right. She even said to me "how do they know what happened out of their care", not I'm sorry, not that they may have sold me a sick bird. It was a shake your head kind of moment. Why would I want another bird if I had done something to the other Parakeet we brought back and I did buy the second bird and paid another $39.99. This is wrong they should have exchange the bird as previously discussed, the right thing to do, honored their words especially since the bird only past away two days after their fourteen day policy. After buying two Gerbils, two Finches, two Parakeets, the bird and gerbil cages, four beta fish and items for our three dogs and cat over the years, I will never set foot in their store again and be treated so unethical. In economic times like today you should treat repeat customers differently so as to not lose them. This was a sad moment.

We got helped picking out the perfect gerbils for our kids. Such a great place to go if you need a little help picking out the right things you will need to make your new pet feel at home.

Not a lot of people shopping for treats for my two dogs! Wish they had more bird items on sale looking for a nesting box but they are always out of these items use to be able to purchase but things are so expensive even their birds why can't you get love birds in the store wish I could have a choice of these things!!

Atmosphere was stressed. As is alot of stores these days short staffed.

PetSmart has a very wide variety of pet supplies for all kinds if animals I have two dogs and a 7' corn snake. On this particular trip, I needed a medium frozen rat for the snake which was in stock The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I pay attention to coupons (manufacturers' and PetSmart). Combining coupons, PetSmart points, & buy 3 get the fourth free specials has saved me as much as $40 on a $100 purchase.

Love the store and the section you guys have of food, and toys.

The 2 employees that helped me out were wonderful. I had spent the day rescuing a kitten and I had planned to reunite it with its mother. That didn’t work out as planned so I ended up keeping it. Thankfully petsmart was open til 9 so I ran out and got stuff and never having a cat before I didn’t know what all to get. So they made sure I had everything I would need.

I took my dog here for a nail trimming and was a little nervous. My dog does not like her nails being cut so I was afraid this trip wouldn’t go well as it was our first time coming here. We were in and out in 15 minutes and both the employees working in the salon were WONDERFUL!! They were so good and gentle with my dog and we will definitely be back.

I think they could of checked better on my discount like by address so I spent full price not to happy

Delaney is the best! My pup loves her so much, he even knows when its time to go see her, my wifey has him trained!

Love it, great place to get doggy treats, not so great for doggy toys.

Hit and miss. Some folks that work here really care, and some don't. Way better creature selection than other pet stores. I mainly attend due to kids wanting to see how much the kitty in the window. Lol
