They were very good with my bully..at first reading all this bad reviews on here I didn't want to take him there but after taking him there. They were very good with him..I would recommend these place to anybody that has dogs

They did a great job with my baby. I was worried about it because it was his first time and he is extremely hyper. Everyone was nice and answered all my questions.... and I had a lot lol.. they even gave him a free sweater to wear home.. we will definitely be back.

That was the second time I took my dog there! Both times they were so very rude! I ask her to trim his face because I didn’t like the way she didn’t! She grabbed him from me and she was shaking her head while she was walking away!!he was happy to see me and when I try to tell him to stay she turned around with a nasty face telling DONT TALK TO HIM WHILE HE IS ON THE TABLE!!! Lady who you think you are ??? RUDE PEOPLE!!! I’m paying you to do a service for me !!! Ans I work hard for my money!! NEVER AGAIN…. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Did a beautiful job on my longhaired Akita. Would recommend them for good quality service.

WARNING! Do NOT go here!! This is under new ownership. The last time I had brought my dog here his shave was uneven and he was cut so close he had been bleeding. I tried to get my dog to get in the car to go to the “groomers” and he was scared beyond belief, he wouldn’t get in the car, normally this is no issue not even a treat would do the trick we had to pick him up and put him in the car. When we arrived he didn’t even want to get out to go inside this place. When I got there the new owner immediately said no to my appointment that I had confirmed TWICE over the phone saying my appointment was Wednesday that she had spoke with me about it. I work on during the week, she refused to take my dog so she lied to my face about my appointment. I will never go back here. She abused my dog last time it was a mistake trying to go back. THANK YOU FOR DENYING MY SERVICE!!!!!!!

No longer Paige's, it's now Must love dogs.

I live right down the road from this place and I received a few coupons in the mail so I thought I'd call and get my 2 dogs in for a bath and nails clipped. So I called and the lady that answered was so rude right off hand. So I overlooked it and told her what I wanted and how many dogs I had and then asked how much it would be, and could I make an appt. Let me tell you, she acted like she didn't give a damn if I came in and gave her my service or not. Just short and cold. I felt uncomfortable being on the phone w this lady, no way would I leave my pups with her. Immediate bad vibes. Id go 30 miles away before I go 3 minutes down the road to this place. Just bein honest Paige ????????

Brest place to take pets handle with care

1st time I was there they did a decent job, but the 2nd time was not very happy. And the one girl had an attitude both times. Just rude

Staff person very rude. The appointment was at 7:30 a.m. approximately 3 hours for a bath no call for an update. Staff was rude to me as a customer with another customer present. Very unprofessional. Will not utilize these Services again. $33 for a bath and brush and a bad experience to boot. Choose an alternate groomer. Would rate 0 Stars if possible

Bubu and Alvin have been groomed here twice. The people are always nice when I go in there. They gave the dogs two big bags of treats for Christmas. If you want a spotless business go to a chain pet store. This is a small business owned by Canton locals and I will continue to support them and my community.

The employees are very rude and the place itself is filthy. Please don't go here cause they will groom your dog how they want it cut not how the owner wants it cut. Don't know why I went here in the first place.

Costumer service nightmare, i will explain, i call in for a appointment for my dog to be groomed i spoke with joe so we set a appointment and i take my dog to be groomed i get to the front desk witch is dirty and smells of dog urine. So i speak with joe she tells me i do not have a appointment 2 hours after i had spoke with her and set one up so i tell her i just had called in and scheduled she kept telling me no and continued to become more aggressive, would not reschedule and told me i was not aloud to come back for any grooming services. She is rude, self centered. And cocky, willing to chase costumers away for no reason at all i guess paige's paw spa doesn't want good money or business. If you are looking for a good groom this isn't the place.

Joanne and staff are terrific they did a great job I'm very pleased with thier service they are close by and most important they actually can keep my big boy calm enough to do his nails. I highly recommend them and all 3 of my boys will be regulars.

I only take my dog there to get his nails trimmed the place is never clean, staff is very rude except for Frosty. They told me she is no longer there so I will find a new groomer. My mom takes her dogs there and they are so rude to her they are ridiculous! You don't treat a senior citizen like they are stupid, they need to have respect for thier clients. I do not understand how they are still in business. I wouldn't take a dead animal there let a lone my precious dog.

When the other people owned Paige's they were wonderful. Great service and great grooming. Since Joann has taken over it is no the stander of good business or dog grooming. She is rude and curt. Treat her customers rude. Also has rude phone manners. I told her she did not have to be rude to me on the phone. She still wanted to know if I wanted a appointment for grooming. I told her no. If she treats me that way how dose she treat the dogs.

I totally agree with the last woman about Joanne she is very rude obnoxious and only there to run that business into the ground I also don't understand why her boyfriend and his friend sit in the shop all day long and I could smell marijuana, being my job and what I do I decided to further investigate I went to the other shop on wales by the strip, when I walked in there I got to watch with my own eyes the skinny dark haired girl working there pocketing cash and then was told the owner Philip coffelt lives upstairs in the breakroom at the Paige's paw,spa on Wales ( VERY ILLEGAL) where he is not registered to and many children have been and the employees share a bathroom with the sex offender, to the whole business is a scam joke and anyone who would take their pet there either has no idea or does not love their pet at all, I'm sure they will be closing down soon. This is why my job is so important, it isn't just pet owners we have to monitor, Paige's Paw Spa is one of many grooming shops designed to use that as a front while they conduct illegal business and their lack of communication, or personalities show us reason to question. Will keep everyone updated our CEO now has the file on this.
