Fish are Always In low Supply... i seven legrone have visited this PSP and Noticed that they also have to many Feeder goldfish Tanks and not Enough Tropical Plants or "Tropical Fish." You Can usually Find And Buy "what" Live animals they have Online; Lyndhursts Pet Supplies plus Has Switched up their selling of "Goldfish Breeds."

Employees are very friendly and convenient location. They've also been following CDC Covid guidelines which is important to me.

PSP is my go to place first my fur babies. I like the special touches like birthday presents for them, generous coupons and the friendly staff.

Don't like going to the store anymore. Found my food online cheaper. Would like to go there for saltwater, does not exist. Freshwater fish only starters nothing nice. Reptile section one bearded dragon one tortoise oh, that's it. Large crickets are the size of small crickets, when they even have them.

Above and beyond my 15 y/o toy fox terrier is terrified of his front feet being touched. This nail filing was so easy and effortless, I swear he was smiling!

Staff was super helpful, the manager was very pleasant he helped me get my dog tags set up and engraved. As well as everyone was smiling which is very pleasant even though I was one of the last customers in the store

They are lacking in cat food specifically fancy fest elegant medley.

They have a first come first serve vet with a friendly staff. Great because I couldn't get an appointment at my vet for weeks for updates on their vaccines and my vet also insisted on an exam appointment in other words a few hundred dollars more for the visit. Which didn't happen at pet supplies plus

Took my St. Bernard to get groomed and they returned my dog still wet. They had not properly dried her, combed out her hair or removed all dirt that she came in with. I paid for a $93 grooming package and did not get the full results I expected . My partner had to ask the groomers to re-dry her. Very disappointed.

Everything a Pet owner needs! They have also a vet on site and a dog wash area! This is a oasis for dogs!

Anytime I get feeder fish from here my tank gets ick. Done getting feeder fish here.

Great location! Came here to utilize the VIP vet center in the back of the store. Great option for people who can't get their pet into a traditional vet due to lack of appointments. You can walk right in. Super nice staff. Clean location, fully stocked items.

Took Callie Moose(RIP)here for a grooming, and recently took Charlie Goose. Both yorkies. Grooming service was wonderous and Charlie Goose is a new man.

I have been bringing my pet here for at least 2 years and I must say that I have always been dissatisfied with their services I am painfully disappointed that I even continued to take my dog there after the mistreatment that he received almost every visit. I’ve brought my dog here for grooming services and training for these last two years and he is sometimes challenging but he is also loving and caring and just loves to play. He is Shih Tzu mixed with Yorkie and very small in stature, of course. Every time I pick up my dog they always seem like they did not enjoy him being there and anxious for him to leave. They always just complain about everything that he did wrong, no pet owner wants to hear a pet store complaining about their pet when they bring them there for care or training, he is a dog for Christ Sak! This last time was the final straw they called me at 3pm this last Sunday and said my dog was ready after telling me that he will be ready at about 330pm. I understand this is an estimate of time however 10 minutes later I received another phone call stating that the grooming department is closing at 3:30pm but when I received a phone call earlier at 3 PM they told me that the grooming dept is closing at 4 PM and if I can be there before then that is fine. I told the representative that I will be there at 3:15- 320pm because I was not expecting to to be there until about 330pm as previously stated. So I am assuming that they either is trying to get out of there because this is football season the first game of the season was coming on that day or they were irritable with my dog. When arriving to get my dog I noticed that he was the last one there so I asked the groomer, why did I receive conflicting phone calls of when the store closes. I was told earlier that it closes at 4pm and then the second call stated it closes at 330p. The groomer really didn’t have anything to say, I just left immediately after stating this information is very misleading information and very upsetting. Two days later my dog will not stop crying and gruntin as if he is pain after receiving grooming services from there. I think they nicked him or hurt him during grooming. He has never done this! I will have to take him to urgent care if it doesn’t subside. I’ve tried to give him pain meds that he was previously prescribed and he still won’t stop ????. I will never take him back to this store, very bad customer service.

They had a good sale 25% off. The stray cats outside appreciate the wet food.

Horrible service today at the Willowick Ohio location. Took my dogs in for grooming. Gave specific instructions which were not followed. When I complained both groomers and management were, basically to bad and to bring them back another day to fix issues, but took my $100 today. Terrible customer service.

They have changed they keep very like bird supplies. But carry plenty of pet food

Prices are higher than online but they price match if you have it together to compare apples to apples. (The problem is that often the same item has a different brand or a minor difference.) The people are lovely. It's mostly pet loving kids, they are kind and always helpful. Pets are welcome.

It's animal friendly with a nice selection of higher quality at fair prices equal to less than competitors. The friendly staff makes this the only store I buy my pet products at!

It's a good store, it has most everything anyone could want for their pet, no matter if it's fish or hamsters or dogs and cats. I came for Advantage for my cat.
