They take great care of clipping the nails of my cockatiel, and very cheap- $10

A little annoyed I had to drive 3 hours when they said they had conures available and they would hold. Only to go and they not have any.

They sell healthy pets . I had to leave my guinea pig for a week because she was new which meant she had to get a clean bill of health before they would sell her to me , unlike the big chain stores that will sell them the same day they arrive. Great people.

We bought a rabbit here a year ago and had to put it down for hereditary tooth problems we paid like 50 for the bunny and spent around 1000 to keep it alive because the teeth were so bad every month we had to get it trimmed vet said the breeder knew about the tooth problems and sold them anyway because there was no way they didn't know costed my family alot of heartbreak and stress and money and to have to put down a pet we became attached to is horrible

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Specializing in small and large parrots. I just bought a hand raised lovebird from them.

What a cute store! I met some adorable birds and I met a little boa! The employees were so nice! Its not a big store, but it is very very clean and perfectly organized and has a bit of everything! What a jem in Willoughby!

Very knowledgeable staff and the store is well kept and clean, as well as their animals. They prefer you to get to know what youre adopting first by interacting with them without feeling rushed, which i thought was very important! I love my rats so much and they're surprisingly very social already. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful to make me feel confident about getting them

I took my male eclectus there today to get his nails clipped. I have to say Sue the owner did a fantastic job clipping them, but she very gentle and caring with him as well. I will definitely be back for future clippings as well as any other needs.

They take amazing care of the birds! They all seem very healthy and happy. The baby birds are hand-fed and very well socialized. It is definitely a bird store first. They sell other small critters too, but I don't know much about them, so I can't really say anything about their care.

My favorite place to see birds and buy my bird food.

This is an old school pet store not a very large or commercial place! Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful!! Wish more places where still like this one!

I’m trying to find a cockatiel and I’m hoping they have one I looked on the map thing and I did see it I pressed the street view I was very confused, hoping they have cocktails or at least cockatoos, I’ve also seen all these reviews everyone love this place if they have cockatiels I will definitely go here for sure! :)

They are very clean and knowledgeable about birds in particular. They sell other animals but not like the birds. I love the owner she is the best as well as staff. My son bought his first bird from them.

The staff is great and so is the service. I've been a satisfied customer with them for 9 years now.

Do not buy snakes here. Has no information from the breeders they get them from. Also, not very customer service friendly. I felt like I was bothering them by asking questions.
