Forget it I'll never go back very disappointed

Rude , I’ll never give this business one dollar !! Prices change ever visit . I don’t know where this business owner received customer service training obviously not this country ! Hey ,lady you are in America we have choices here ! My advice don’t spend your money and get bad customer service too .

WARNING!! Do not trust this lady with your babies. I have use this this groomers for 3 years. They gauged a cut in my 2lb dog. She told me she had a cyst and infection, I rushed my dog to vet to only find out there was two cuts that almost made a perfect "V" after 2 days the cuts started healing. We followed up with our vet whom conformed that there was no way a cyst would start healing the way it was and was sure it was a cut. This groomer not only denied that she hurt my dog, she told me that my vet told her, I had cut my dog (completely untrue) she then went as far as visiting my vet's office to argue with him that it was not her fault. She tried to convince him of otherwise. After receiving written confirmation from my vet that it was indeed a cut she still refused to even apologize for the incident much less take responsibility for it. I will never use her services again. She also never has inquired about vaccines ( first flag,right) Worst experience ever.

Our dogs go there every other month, and it’s worth every penny. Fantastic work, great scheduling, dogs come back excited and fresh. Highly recommend.

We took our tea cup Yorker there They told us she had a sist on her rear. We immediately took her to the vet my wife’s a sterically crying . When we got there the vet shave the hair off her It was cut from scissors and needed stitches I would never recommend this dog grooming company to anybody she doesn’t care about her clients she doesn’t care about our pets or she would’ve admitted it to us our vet bill was $328. All we asked was for a refund. Keep in mind we been taking our dogs here for three years. DO NOT TRUST THIS GROMMER!!

My dog runs INTO this place when we arrive! In other places I had to drag him in - this tells me a bunch of how well he’s treated while at Pons. He loves Pon and he gets a great grooming every time. She trains her assistants well and dogs are treated like her own.

Always get a good cut there.

I just picked my dogs up from Pon's after having her groomed and they smells awesome and received a great haircut! I've tried a ton of different grooming places. My dogs has never smelled so good after they been groomed! Smells fresh, well cut, I would highly recommend Pon's to anyone who needs their dogs groomed. FYI they only take cash or checks.

I have two small dogs, a Pomeranian and Mini Schnauzer. We have been taking them to Pon for 5 years now, at least once a month. Pon always grooms them perfectly, and has always been accommodating to our schedule, trying to fit us in on short notice. Her shop is always busy, as she is very popular in the local area, but she takes good care of our pups when they are there and has always been friendly over the phone and in person. She is a hard worker and well worth the extra drive we make to get there. For those who wrote the negative reviews, I'm not sure what their issue was, but I have never experienced it.
