Very professional and put my animal in a critical role. They saved my cat.

Great personal care! Our puppy came in as an emergency visit. They were very kind and professional even after what appeared to be a long busy night for them! We came in early morning on a Sunday.

Very good vet. They was open on Christmas day and I was able to bring my dog in after he hurt his back. Very friendly and professional. They took good care of him.

Had to put my girl down the day I went there so very sad but the doctor was very caring about my baby and me..we was there 12/26/21 11 am

I could never thank the emergency vet enough for what they did for my dog she was in pain and now she is better she is back to her old self

Had an issue with my cat in the evening and when I called and explained they gave me good direction and advice that gave me peace of mind and knowledge on what to do about it

This vet was an excellent choice. Me and my boyfriend have a first time mastiff puppy that got into some fabric and plastics and they thoroughly cared for him. The doctor was informative and compassionate. I was very impressed with the care provided. The nurses were extremely helpful. I am happy to report that our little pup is okay after an overnight stay. Today we took out baby girl in to be checked out. They were fantastic!! Would go to them again!!!

Such a great emergency vet. Took my cat in over the night. The vet and nurse were soo kind and amazing with her. Even when a more critical animal came in they kept apologizing for the wait. Trust me I would rather them take care of that pup first.

Had to run our little Chihuahua here after she got into some oatmeal raisin cookies. They staff were friendly, responsive, and did everything they could to help our little one get better. Thank you so much for all the work that you do and always being there when you are needed the most.

I've visited this facility a few times for emergencies. My dog's care has usually been great, however the consult is typically rude and basically if you don't have the funds you need to leave. I understand they must reinforce the full payment at services, but their approach could be more professional. Also, if you bring your pet there for care, you obviously love them, so the 1 vet could get over her disciplinary demeanor. It's not appreciated especially when you're paying them $1000's!

Incredible Emergency care for my injured Shitzu. Dr. John McCollough was terrific, explained what needed to be done and within an hour, hour & a half my dog was rousing, the muscle was repaired and lacerations closed up. Thanks to the INCREDIBLE TEAM at West Central Ohio Veterinary on Harding Highway/ St. Rt. 309E. Would highly recommend their services. Emergency care is expensive, be prepared, but not One Cent of regret!!!

A joke. Vet said dog had parvo and there was nothing she could do. Said i get to take ny dog home and watch him die and it was my fault bc i did not get him vacinated soon enough. It has been almost a week and my dog is perfectly well. showing no signs of parvo or any other type of disease. Im getting second opinion!

This place cares more about how much they can make more than the animals they treat. One of the questions they ask is “how much are you willing to spend” my dog needed 4 staples and they didn’t want to do it unless they put him under for $1500 when they stapled him before w/o Anastasia with a muzzle no problem. The vet didn’t even try to send us home with antibotics just refused treatment because I declined anastisia for a small laceration. This place prays on those in emotional distress over their animals. They do not have your animals best interest at heart.

The staff was amazing when we suddenly lost our pup. They helped us with the process and the paperwork and didn’t rush us in so my fiancé got to come home and say good bye to our fur baby. I would reccomend them for any cremation services.

I came here at 11pm on a Saturday night with a dog not doing well. I can't say enough about this place. The wait wasn't long, everyone was very caring and professional. Prices not bad either. The doctor was awesome at explaining everything wrong too. I went to my regular vet on the following Monday and they were very pleased with what tests were run and medication given. I was very happy!

Had emergency surgery within 2 hrs of showing up. Great staff and service.

The vet was really nice! She helped my mother in law's dog, Nadia. I took her in to be looked at and they took really good care of her. The only thing that really was bad was the price for care. Don't come there unless you have a couple hundred dollars up front with you.

Pretty ladies harsh and scary as hell but a great doctor.

Poorly staffed. Admitted that their imaging equipment is outdated & poor quality.

I would definitely use again. Very caring staff. I really felt the services where extremely affordable also. 5 stars and a great group of caring people. I brought my nursing pit in with an abscess. They were able to get it drained cleaned and get her on meds we were there less than an hour & the bill was comparable to my normal vet. I thought it would be more for emergency services.
