My cat was neutered today They returned him all wet. It was urine Horrible service

I couldn't get my dog into another vet.at the time. We had to stay outside until they was ready it was on a Saturday. No appointments on Sat. They were very nice treated the animals really well. The Vet. Called you and asked what was wrong, she was very nice. You paid the lady when she came back out with the animal. You waited right there for them to get done. .

I have went here for years since DR Julie started she is amazing Teresa is too very good people????????????????????

Don't return phone calls to schedule appointments

I showed up promptly for my 4 pm appointment. Due to Covid, a lady comes out to take your dog in. That was an hour later. So, then it’s 5 pm. The lady brings me back my dog who was there for routine vaccinations, and the dr. Gave my dog a shot that I expressly did not want her to have. I have two dogs and now my other dog was taken into the building and I made sure to repeat several times that I do not want my dog to get a particular shot. This place is super unprofessional and does not care about YOUR time. I will never be back, I love my dogs too much! Btw, my appointment ended at 5:45. Wow

I had enough of this place, look so suspicious? My husband took our little dog few times in that vet conviently wise coz its closer to home but never atleast once we seen the vet how she diagnose or check my dog?, they will charge u for a visit even its only a matter of few days, i will not believe evrything she say..it make me puke just seeing this place!

She got me in to look at pixies eye and gave me meds for her

dr.julie is always very kind and offers good prices..... do amazing work. VERY BUSY!! so try to call in advance for appt but will work you in ASAP if you need...

Very sweet and empathetic! Came to our home to help us say goodbye to our sweet baby girl after 14 years and takes care of our 8 year old boxer as well!!

Looks run down. This boarding and vet is in a house, with cages everywhere. Very smelly. Also not impressed with when I picked up my dog. I heard some lady in the back yelling "shut up... shut up!" a few times. I was not back there, but I can only assume she was yelling at the dogs barking. Seems quite unprofessional. We we're basically treated ok, but while we were gone, it just makes me wonder what happens behind closed doors. I will plan better next time and find a better boarding place.

Dr. Julie is wonderful. The services she can provide is limited but the range of animals she can check is not. She is a true animal lover rescueing and rehomeing dozens of animals. Birds, reptiles, pocket pets as well as cats and dogs of course.

I wanted to like this place. The staff and Dr were so nice but she misdiagnosed one of my cats. He almost died! She took his temp and said it has high but not bad. She also did a feline leukemia test and said it was negative. When we took him to the vet hospital they said his temp was 104 and he was dying. They also did a feline leukemia test and it came back positive! They said they don’t know why any vet would send him home with how bad he looked. So sad over this, we really liked her and the place but we have to put our fur babies first. We will not be returning here.

Here's my first impressions of when I called pets on the go the first of off she asked me to repeat myself several times because she could not understand me which tells me she is not a good listener second of all she doesn't travel to Canal Fulton and the way she answered the phone here's what she said "Pets on the go what do you want" which I thought was very unprofessional so even if I could drive I would not visit this place at all.

Not only misdiagnosed 2 of my families pets that ended up with way worse conditions resulting deaths, but she has no sympathy! The vet gets defensive quickly and offers no sympathy for the pets! I have also heard horror stories of her EUTHANIZING pets incorrectly! One story I heard, NO pet EVER that is already in pain that is being put down should NEVER EVER go through what that poor pet went through. I have seen pets be put down working for a vets office and never seen one have a reaction the way the one she put down! Unless you want your pets suffering for way too long with a misdiagnosis and want to have your pet put to sleep in a way that no pet should ever have to go through and suffer even more being put to sleep, then she's the one to go too! She needs to be out of business, when I heard the horror story about one pet being put to sleep, I almost cried but I was to pissed off because that should've never ever happened to that poor pet ???? She doesn't care, cheaper is not always better! Go to woodside and pay extra, they are 100% better, trust me!

Dr. Julie provides exceptional and compassionate service to our family and our four-legged loved-ones. We have been working with her for decades, and whether it’s dogs or cats, she knows just what to do. Her prices are very reasonable. I hope you will give her an opportunity to serve your family too. ❤️

Pets On the Go is AWFUL. Never in my life will I ever take one of my pets back there... They misdiagnosed my sister’s cat, told us she has an upper respiratory infection when it was actually PIF, and also misdiagnosed my sister’s in-law’s dog, told them the dog had arthritis and next told her she thought the dog may have injured herself but she actually has bone cancer and has to be put down. Now they’re deleting bad reviews from our families. Quite unprofessional if you ask me.

Dr. Julie and her staff are beyond amazing. We have taken all of our pets (cats and dogs) to her and they have all received the best care. Most recently, Julie has gone out of her way to create the best plan of care for our newest dog with chronic bowel issues and we could not be happier with her services and her office. Our family and our pets recommend her highly.
