The service was prompt and efficient and it was a pleasure doing business with polite and pleasant staff persons.

This was the only store i could find a decent stock of cat food in town. Everyone else in town is completely out. Now i have one happy happy kitty

Good place to go for your pets

Didn't find a cat perch like we were planning on but they had lots of accessories, food, and toys for pets.

Friendly staff, good selection of items for aquariums and cats. The fish selection can be iffy- multiple times I've been in looking for different fish that have been out of stock or are not stocked. Prices are pretty good on many items too- especially if you sign up for their rewards program!

Expensive, would be able to spend more if prices were lower. Cute stuff there but to high priced. Staff pretty nice, store is clean.

Petco employees are very friendly, courteous, & knowlegeable. Petco has good quality & selection on products I need. Dog classes are very good. Instructor is excellent.

Store itself is great but the website is garbage. Literally every item I wanted to look more into detail about redirected me to an internal server error when I clicked on it. Website needs a reworking. Please fix this Petco.

ordered on line which I don't usually do, but they didn't have what i needed in store. Needed it right away so I had it delivered to the store so I could get it faster. Was there when they said it would be. Lima Ohio staff was friendly and very helpful.

They are ok some of the staff is super nice other you can just tell we there to collect a pay check and go home. Wish they had a self wash station like other pet store have.

We went in to take our Rottie on a date and grab a treat and left there in love with a kitten! I'm happy to see that Loki had been adopted, as we could not being him home. The store was clean and the staff was friendly, especially with our fur baby. We will definitely be back for dates with our other 2 babies.

Horrible grooming and horrible staff! Dropped our baby off there for her first grooming. They finally texted 4.5 hours later saying she was done. When they brought her out she was trembling terribly and acting very strange. Her belly and skin was bright red and she smelled like urine. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to check us out, so I asked for a manager, in which the lady checking us out said she was the manager. I explained to her that I was highly upset, that my dog was acting very weird, was terrified, had a very bad skin reaction and smelled like straight urine. She said they are not allowed to take the dogs out to use the restroom- in other words you made my dog sit in her own urine for hours, after giving her a bath?? She was very rude about it and tried turning the tables to make it seem like I was threatening my dogs safety by wanting her to be taken outside of their facility to pee! Not to mention they did not even clean her ears.. Needless to say, I did not pay and we will NEVER return to this petco! Highly do not recommend!

The ladies on staff were very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable about my fish keeping questions.

It's pretty good but the prices are extreme.

Petco is awesome for everything you need for your furry or slimy friends. I love shopping here for my yorkie Berkeley and my lil furry pig Reese. Staff is awesome for helping with questions and help! They have an awesome rewards program as well! Dont care much for the groomers though.

Enjoyed the chat with both people waiting on us ! They were very friendly and answered all of our questions !!

Store does not have handicap electric shopping carts.I was there to buy 2 aquariums and all accesories.Had to bring MY powerchair to shop.Had one plesant associate there help me check out and load my handicap van.A store electric shop cart would allow me to self serve.Please consjder being more handicap sensitive in your stores.Pets are important to home bound individuals.Please add electric shopping carts.

Overpriced toys and didn't have the wet food we needed in store.
