We drive from 45 minutes away to bring our dog here. They run an honest practice and genuinely care!

I took my Standard Poodle to Dr. Sheehan to be spayed. She kept my dog overnight and her recovery was excellent. I felt that my pet was well cared for at Countryside Veterinary Hospital and the cost was reasonable.

We feel like family here. Our dogs and cat are treated like they are part of their family. We couldn't ask for a better place to take them. They have handled everything from routine shots, to surgery. From puppies and kittens, to rescues of ours.

I took my cat in to this office, it was recommended to me by a friend who had nothing but rave reviews about it. From the moment I walked in I felt rushed and unwanted. The receptionist talks to you very arrogantly and brushes you off when you say anything. When the vet came in she barely asked me anything. When I told her what I thought was wrong she immediately said nope that’s not it, no explanation on how she knew, no actual examining my cat or anything. She left the room, came back in and drew blood and gave my cat a shot. She said she would call me the next day with results. Next day rolls around and I don’t hear anything from them. After waiting till after 1 pm the next day, I called to find out what’s going on, as I’m worried about my pet. Once again the receptionist brushes me off and said more urgent matters came in and I’ll know when they’re finished. How does one decide what’s more urgent and what’s not urgent? You don’t get to pick and choose who’s life you value and who’s you don’t. When the vet finally called me back she said the blood test came back negative and nothing is wrong with her. Well, my cat was diagnosed with cancer and has since passed in the 2 weeks since I went to this vet. I just want to thank them for brushing me off and telling me nothing was wrong when I KNEW there was. I also recommend getting your receptionist some people skills. The only bright spots about this place was the two young vet techs who seemed to care and were exceptionally nice.

We've been bringing our pets here for years for everything from vaccinations to pancreatitis. Never had a bad experience, cost is more than reasonable, and we love everyone in the office.

I love Dr. Robin! She and her staff are friendly and actually care about you and your pet. She has always provided practical advice, expert care and a favor or two over the years. I'm grateful for all she has done and continues to do for my four legged family.

I love the care and team at Countryside Animal Hospital! They listen and are great at explaining things. We have taken our puppy there from the beginning and are very happy with the experience from shots through to spaying. Highly recommend and thanks for all you do!

Best place, when my dog Butch was 15 and his heart was giving out , Dr. Sheehan helped keep him comfortable and when he passed, they where kind and even sent me a sympathy card signed by all the staff. Thanks for being so caring.

Dr Sheehan has taken care of all of our family pets for 50☆ years. Prices are reasonable compared to surrounding areas. Her heart is right there with all of our pets. We LOVE the staff. Prices are very reasonable compared to other offices. She does not do unneccessary tests either.

Absolutely Wonderful!!! Dont let the Appearance fool you. The Staff is Amazing and the Doctor is Top Notch. I walked out paying less for office call visit and 3 shots and treats than just one shot at my last Vet Dr. I was going to. I just wish I knew about this place sooner I could of saved myself alot of money. For the exact same product and procedures. Actually I like this Vet better you can tell its not about the money, its about the animals ????

It was great. They are all so nice there and they really care about your pet. We had to have 2 animals put down in the last couple years and they even sent a card they all signed for their condolences. That was very nice of them. We appreciated the card.

Dr. Sheehan and her other vet technicians are the absolute best and I swear by it! My poor Sadie girl has a mild case of parvovirus and we were absolutely terrified that she wasn’t going to make it with how unresponsive she was. She wouldn’t eat or drink, and was just so sick. I called around 10:40 and and Dr. Sheehan told us to bring her in for an appointment at 11. She was quick with getting Sadie back to a room, started her on an IV within minutes of arrival. Within just a few hours Sadie perked up and even ate and drank a little bit! Dr. Sheehan cares about the animals and not about the money and I can 100% vouch for that! If I could give more stars, I would. This vet office goes above and beyond and I will FOREVER be thankful.
