Love the service I've had for my two dogs until today. $50 total for nail trimming is outrageous. Literally, took four minutes. Would not recommend for this rip off!

Need to have my dog ???? put down, they were unable to help because I was not an existing customer and they were not accepting new pets. . . . My love was suffering and I couldn't see him suffer. Will never take any of my animals there!

The staff was very caring and friendly and the prices were reasonable! It was also great that I was able to bring in a cat that had taken up residence at my house for care for an appointment as a new patient quickly! Would highly recommend!

Twin Lakes Vet Hospital got us in quickly and called promptly with test results. The Dr was thorough and answered my questions and I also thought the prices were reasonable. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because we weren't allowed inside since only one person can accompany the animal and I had my toddler with me. They explained this to me prior to arriving though and I understand that it is COVID protocol, just wish we could have gone in with our pup.

We had our first visit at Twin Lakes yesterday and it was fantastic; from the assistance with scheduling, to flexible times, to excellent treatment of our dog and prices we were very pleased. Everyone in the office was very professional and easy to talk to; the prices were a great value as well, compared to our last vet. Will definitely be going back.

I have to say that the doctor here is really good, but one of her staff members are horrible to deal with. I actually considered taking both of our dogs to this office. Not anymore. I am not sure what this girls name is nor am I going back to find out... So for this review I will just refer to her as the blonde cranky employee. Honestly, if I did not think the vet was amazing I would have rated this clinic as a 1 star. Also, the other staff member was very kind to me. This one was rude and I basically talked down to me. I get that some people have bad days ... but you don't have to talk to people like they are bothering you by asking too many questions. That is your job to answer questions. My wife said I should have called and complained, but I have spent way too long thinking about this and at this point I do not even want to deal with it.

Regular checkup for a Basset, staff is kind and friendly and Dr. Wood takes her time with any questions, also asked how my other dog was doing after her last week's visit and new meds.

The vets have been super helpful for a first time cat owner like me. And I've not had any issues scheduling appointments when I need them.

Very safe. Good Vets. Explain things very well. No pressure or guilt about things that I don't agree with or can't afford.

I am not one to rant about poor service, but when I tried to make an appointment for my dog, Michelle was very snotty when I asked if they had masks (they require a mask be worn) because I do not have a need for one at home. She then demanded that I give them my dog for treatment, to which I replied that I will not let my dog go anywhere without me. Michelle then got more snotty, and cancelled the appointment and told me to go elsewhere. There was nothing professional or courteous about her behavior. I was not being rude, nor did I deserve that treatment. I guess Twin Lakes just lost a client. EDIT AFTER REPLY: Your reply addresses the changes in protocol, are we to assume that Michelle's snotty attitude and unprofessional behavior are part of those changes? At no time was I rude or discourteous. The moment I asked questions, she became very rude and snotty. I have never had issues with any other staff member there, until now. Your skirting reply shows you are not interested in addressing the real issue here. You have lost a client due to unprofessional behavior, not because of protocol changes.

An extremely friendly and helpful staff made for an excellent first experience. I found a stray kitten on Friday and they were able to get us in first thing on Monday morning.

When I first took my dog Lucy there - they seemed quite attentive. I even thought about switching all my pets to this location. I was under the impression I was being seen by Dr. Wood - which is the name on all my dogs prescriptions. They had diagnosed my dog with some heart issues and put her on prescription meds. Which seemed to help. My issue came when I refilled these prescription's - through them. They didn't refill all of her meds one time - which I brought to their attention. So I had to make a second trip to pick up the remainder. Then I discovered the meds were so much cheaper on Chewy online. I ordered them - only to have Chewy call me to tell me the vet refused to send them the script - I had to pick up the hard copy. The vet then called me to tell me they would not give me any written prescription because Lucy had never seen Dr. Wood !! I questioned them - as Dr. Wood's name was on all of the meds I currently had. They told me that I had been seen by Dr. Jerry - who was no longer there. I had to refill those prescriptions there - as I was running low. I picked up the medication - only to find the next morning the pills were not right - and I had already given Lucy one Dose !! I called them to question the pill bottles, as I had taken pictures. They put me on hold - as they had to check to make sure that Lucy had not had a fatal or toxic dose of medication!!! SO then they tell me to bring ALL the medication back - they would get fresh medication ready - so I had to make a SECOND trip back. The staff did not convey any remorse over this situation - although when I brought this to their attention they said they were sorry !!!!! I even questioned why the vet the mysterious Dr. Wood - had not contacted me direct - they said" Well the day isn't over yet " ! Dr Wood did call me that afternoon and left a message which I have never returned. I am going to have Lucy examined by another vet to ease my mind. I also plan on contacting the board of Veterinary Medicine to see why someone was prescribing meds under another vets name !! Go Elsewhere !!

Came to them several times to help my poor puppy from throwing up blood. They charged $800 over several visits with no diagnosis! He is still sick and they still want more money! It must be nice to drive the Land Rover you see in the driveway when you never actually treat the animals. They also overcharge for prescriptions and make it difficult to take their prescriptions to someone else so they can take more of your money. Poor customer service and really don’t care about your animals.

Changed veterinarians this year to Twin Lakes Veterinarian Hospirtal. I have been very pleased with Dr. Wood and her staff in the care of my 12 & 13 year old dogs.
