Dr Miller and staff are Wonderful!!! They really knowledgeable about dogs and behavior. And they are very respectful and professional towards owners. I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else.

As a new dog mom they have been always quick to help educate and care for my golden retriever puppy. She is excited to go into the office and/or boarding and I always feel confident in her care.

Very professional. Doctor takes time to listen to your concerns, tells you what the problem is and provides a solution. She cares about your pet. I will recommend this Vet to anyone.

Never got in. They advertised taking new appts. But would not take a sick animal in. Only for vaccinations and easy checkups they told me. So NO NO NO.

Fast in and out the worker's were very professional and they were constantly working on my kitty to help him out

Absolutely the worst experiences I've encountered. Will never go back here, will never suggest them to anyone. The vet is pretty unprofessional and doesn't seem to have any empathy. Their receptionist is rude, condescending, and acted like she was better than everyone. When I complained to the vet tech, I didn't get any apologies, only excuses. These people seem to only care about getting your money. It's a wonder that they're still around. We miss the old vet, but he retired.

Everyone who works here is both professional and warm. I like that you can set a price limit if you need to and that they will try their best to fit you in on the same day.

My grandmother took her cat here looking for help... This veterinary first suggested putting the cat to sleep and even seemed resistant to give the cat back. Then told her if the cat was not doing better in 2 days she would have to put him to sleep... One month later the cat is still living. Staff member also had NO Mask and NO Gloves on when coming to vehicle to get the cat.... are you really concerned Covid-19 or just like keeping your doors locked?

Our dog had cancer, and they were exceptional. It was a hard time ,but she had to be put down cuz was in massive pain. Couldn't let that continue. The Veterinarian was very compassionate. She waded the options and said she was not able to go through the process of cancer treatment. Will miss her.

Highly reccomend this veterinary clinic. Dr. Miller and her staff are very knowledgeable and compassionate. They are always concerned about the animals that they take care of. They always want and give the best care for your pets.

I started taking our 10 year old female lab to doctor Miller when her health was starting to decline. The former vet only diagnosed one of my dogs issues. Dr Miller quickly diagnosed two other more serious issues, and was spot on about the symptoms that would appear later. Dr. Miller's diagnosis allowed us to get more life out of our lab. Because of the health issues, we eventually had to put our dog down. From day one of going to Arbor Hills Veterinary Clinic, our dog and myself were treated with great respect and compassion! Doctor Miller and every single one of her staff members are wonderful!! They will definitely be our Clinic of choice from now on!!

This is my daughter's dog I'm taking care of because she joined the US Navy and while she is serving our country and I'm spending over $500 for doggy care and the receptionist talks disrespectfully to me...

Dr. Miller and her staff are animal people! They have loved our dogs well. From helping us welcome a new dog into our family, to caring for our aging dog with compassion and dignity in her last days, this team is outstanding! We are thankful they’ve loved our pets as much as we have.
