My 8 month old lab had a bad experience getting her toenails trimmed. I came in not having high hopes of getting them done due to her past experience at another place. At first she was fighting it but they did an amazing job calming her down before continuing and they had them all done within 10 mins. The staff was great. I’m beyond happy and impressed with the service.

This company is a joke. You can't get a refund on your things. And I am a new customer. But you have already lost me, because of this issue, not returning phone calls and refunding money. Because I should have received my things in 4 days and now it's going on 2 weeks now. This is unprofessional indeed. I will never buy anything else from your company. Give me a call ASP and make it right.

We take our Mini Golden Doodle to Petspired and he always comes out looking so good! Amber always grooms him and I highly recommend her! She really cares for the animals and takes pride in keeping them beautiful!

Wonderful service and grooming. Totally sweet ladies there. Took great care of my Golden Doodle buddy and got it done in less than half the time than other groomers. Pricing was just right!! This will be our go to spot for grooming!

Friendly staff and were able to get my dogs in and out with their nails cut.

First time here since new owners and what agreat experience! Very friendly, several reminders of our appointment on multiple platforms, and they did an amazing job with our two Corgi's! Corgi's are shedding machines but after their deep combing and baths, they look great and are shedding far less than we've experienced with any groomer. Thanks PetSpired, we'll see you again real soon!

Took all 3 of our fur babies to get baths and they were so clean and soft not to mention super happy when we picked them up. Jariah, Athena, and Hera will be returning clients in the near future without a doubt.

I requested a clean up and received a total shave. Promptly reported the issue to Ryan at the London location. She offered to fix it but nothing could be fixed. She credited the account for 20$ for the difference I was charged. After multiple contacts about the service I asked for a full refund. She said I had to talk with Jeremy , She wasn't able to authorize it. So I contacted Jeremy multiple times and gotten 1 response back, after that never heard or seen the check for full refund that he said he would do. I will never use this place again nor recommended it to any of my friends or clients at the vet hospital I work at. Jeremy is very unprofessional and lack of customer service. It's been over a month and STILL NO REFUND!!!

These guys are amazing! I had very specific requests how to groom my dog and they perfectly fulfilled all of them! They are also very considerate about special needs or allergies your dog may have. My dog looked happy and well cared for when i picked her up! Petspired is extra amazing because they offer flexible pick up times if you need to run more errands or need your dog boarded for a few more hours. I have already set my next appointment!

I am so impressed for a multitude of reasons: 1) all of the staff appeared to love nacho (my pug) right from the start and that put me very much at ease. 2) he looks and smells so good it’s insane- he’s soft and he’s happy and he’s wearing a cute bandana. 3) the price is VERY much affordable it’s not even funny. 4) everyone was so kind and caring and had nice things to say and if I wasn’t moving across the country so soon I would come here for the rest of nachos life! 11/10 would recommend :)

WOW! I took my dog, Finn there for the first time after hearing about PetSpired from my sister. Amber is the one that groomed my dog and I am in awe! Finn looks like he's ready for the Westminster Dog Show. We will not be going anywhere else. Thank you!!!

I’ve been to petspired a few times.. the first time they cut my dogs ear. I told them the next Time I was in and they didn’t even say sorry but the haircuts were good so I kept coming back. After quarantine obviously everyone was anxious to get their dogs in and I went out of my way 2 times to confirm my Saturday morning appointment for my 2 dogs. They also told me they couldn’t call me because their 9 button on their phone doesn’t work. I show up Saturday morning and no one is there apparently they open later on Saturday’s but no one told me this when I confirmed my appointment time TWICE with their staff. So I take my dogs home and I’m 30 minutes late to work. I got one voicemail from coco saying there was miscommunication and that I should’ve known they don’t open later on saturdays. I get an email from their ceo saying they can offer 10% off and that I will be getting a call to reschedule. I’ve gotten no call back no email back and now know not to ever give them a chance again. My suggestions would to be more responsive, accountable and work on your communication with your clients. Oh and get a new phone that has working buttons.

My Sofie has a reputation as difficult to groom, so I was happy to find PetSpired would deal with anxiety or other issues. By the time she went in, she had a long coat with mats, because she also hates brushing. Amber did a wonderful job and was not concerned with Sofie's behavior. She recognized areas that risk matting and shaved them close to avoid future problems. Quick text from their office when Sofie's appt was done. We're already scheduled for another appt.

Wonderful place, this is my second time coming here and they were wonderful! My dog is very skittish but they always work wonders on her! Highly recommend!!

Had an amazing experience with Cammie yesterday. She took amazing care of my old boy and made him look like a handsome little fella all over again. Great service, great people, fabulous grooming. Will return in 8 weeks! ❤️

I had the pleasure of doing a one on one photo shoot with Cammie for my dogs first birthday. Cammie did such a great job at capturing the beauty in my nervous girl and had a great cake for the photos that my dog was able to enjoy during the photo shoot. She was so patient with my girl and spent so much time getting such great photos of both my dog and myself together and of just my dog. I highly recommend her for any time of photos your are looking for!

Coco and Cammie both take care of my boy he used to be afraid of his nails being cut now I only take them there he only lets Coco do it. I think he trusts her and so do we ???? highly recommend excellent place also mentioning the photography is excellent!!!

Great communication throughout the day on the progress of the groom. My dog looked fabulous and they removed a lot of hair on a very hairy German Shepherd.

Coco is da bomb. I have gotten my 2 Poms groomed here a few times and will be returning.

We had a great experience here! My mom’s little ragamuffin was in desperate need of TLC. The great people did a wonderful job. So kind to the dogs! Easy to get to but it’s not super visible from main roads. We got an appointment quickly and the owner is very responsive if you have to leave a voice mail. They have online appointment capabilities too. This is a great place!

Just took my anxious 1.5 yr old pup and Coco did amazing! I got their a little early so I got to see first hand how she interacted with my dog and I couldn’t have been more please. My other dog never goes to the groomer because he has high anxiety and a bit of aggression, after chatting with them I made another appointment for my other dog because I was so impressed with how they handled my pup. Would highly recommend Petspired!

Definitely recommend! Our pup is quite anxious and they accommodated her so well! We came in and were able to get our dog acquainted with the groomers and to even relax a little bit. Then they were able to get her in the bath right away and called me as soon as she was done. Plus Kira (our pup) is as clean as ever!

Two years ago I rescued a dog who had been abused since she was a puppy and as a result, came with too many issues to suit most families. Ever the hero, I swung in to save the day, and was promptly educated on how difficult a task it can be …

Easy to work with and amazing service. Early morning drop off and afternoon pick up. My pup looks 10lbs slimmer from the deshedding. Def will be back!

We took our 1.5yo golden doodle, Carl, to Ryan after being referred to her by a friend. Not only was it the best he's look following a trim, but it was better priced than many of the groomers we had previously used. She worked through some of his tangled curly hair whereas past groomers should have just shaved him. Can't wait to go back to her!
