Brought my son's cat here and got him in for a checkup and surgery on short notice. Great service, very quality care.

No better vet than Dr. Brown! The prices are reasonable. Appointments are convenient. She takes care of everything! Won't go anywhere else.

I’ve brought my dog in before, and normally she’s very anxious, and is scared of anyone who isn’t me, but Dr.Brown brought her back in and she was happy as could be. I also just recently brought my new kitten in, and the staff is always so helpful, and Dr. Brown is the best veterinarian I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Brown is just so personable, and even has called me directly to discuss my kittens surgeries. I appreciate her and the whole staff very much! Gage, Rachel, Larissa, and Courtney are all extremely kind, and very willing to tell me anything I needed to know about estimates, scheduling, aftercare, etc. Overall, just generally love the place, and the people! Couldn’t recommend them enough to take care of your fur babies! ❤️

No one knows what is going on first off. Second when I got there they just took my pet from me. I was not able to be with him he is extremely scared of other people and nervous. All we were there to do was to get a flea treatment and to clip his nails there was no reason why I couldn’t be with him for that. it would’ve probably been easier on them for me to just have held him. When I asked why I couldn’t stay with him I was just told Covid and then she said “ why are you worried that we would do something to hurt your pet” that’s not at all what I was insinuating. Very disappointing unprofessional when I asked any of the questions I had they were just rude. I was also told I was squeezed in so she didn’t understand why I was making such a fuss. At the end of the day if they didn’t squeeze me in someone would have so that’s not a fair argument nor should it have been an argument at all when all I wanted to do was be with my fur baby.

Oh my gracious what a WONDERFUL GREAT place for pets! Answered patiently many questions by phone, easy to get on schedule, all staff were super kind, loving, caring to our SIX kittens. Our rescued cat turned out to be pregnant so now we have her plus six kittens. People— please spay/neuter every pet. Don’t buy from breeders, rescue animal who needs/craves a loving home; keep all cats inside exclusively unless you are on a legit farm. Never advertise free pets; there are evil people who do evil things to animals, do not give them free animals. Carefully screen who you allow to adopt your kittens/puppies— I mean be vigilant about a forever good loving home. Please — patronize this animal clinic!! They are truly a gift to pets/their owners. These people are very tuned in to the animals and love them no matter what is going on even a routine office visit. I wholeheartedly recommend without reservations the Village Animal Clinic. They are a wonderful choice for veterinary care.

Dr. Brown is the kindest, most caring veterinarian. My daughter absolutely loves her!! The pricing is fair. The services are explained and are AWESOME!!! Thank you Dr. Brown for your service as a fantastic veterinarian.

I took my dog in for a fatty mass that ended up being a Mast Tumor. Dr. Brown told me it was to small to biopsy so I took her to another vet who did the biopsy. They are getting her a treatment plan set up. This used to be a great vet office, but most of the time when I call no one seems to know what is going on. We switched to another vet over in Hilliard and we have not been disappointment in that decision.

These folks are the best in town they treat your pet as if it were their family.. great ppl.

My kitty got fixed and they were very friendly & professional. They even had curb side drop off and pick up. Very nice. They even called next morning to make sure she's eating and feeling fine.

They were awesome with our pitbull Bear ????. Very accommodating and easy even with this wait in your car covid stuff. Don't think about it anymore just take your pet now!

I had my kitten fixed there and everything went better than I expected. You couldn’t even tell my kitten just got fixed he’s doing great, and the price was lower than I expected. I’m really happy with this place and will continue taking my cat there if he ever needs anything.

I have taken my cats to The Village Animal Clinic for over 20 years because Dr. Jill Brown is an excellent vet. My pets have always received the best of care. The staff are awesome ..... they are knowledgeable, friendly but profressional. I feel my fur baby receives excellent care here. I recommend Dr. Brown and her staff to anyone looking for excellent animal care.
