Thanks for seeing my cat on short notice. She was definitely not herself, and the medicine you prescribed worked wonders. Appreciate all you did to fit us in and help her.

Have taken my last 2 dogs here so it’s been at least 18 to 20 years I’ve trusted these people with my best friends and they are great from the front desk to the vets I won’t go anywhere else

They help my cat even when I didn't have all the money....I'm so thankful and grateful

My family and our dogs have been going to the Nelsons for all of my 40+ year life, if that says anything. They are always kind and compassionate. They are so knowledgeable and explain things clearly. They are thorough in every examination and maybe more so, which is very appreciated! They have accommodated me in a few emergency situations, including very recently (thank you Chelsea)! They go above and beyond and take the greatest care of my dogs (and us)! The people that work with them, from the front desk to the techs and the new(er) vets are just as awesome. I could not recommend them more. We LOVE Oak Creek!

The Best Vet in Westerville! Dr.Kathy is caring and loving to our kitties. It's nice to find a Vet that only charges on what your pets needs and never try to sell you shots ect. you don't need. Dr.Kathy is amazing and honest! We have been going here for years!

Been my vet for years...Great DVM s and staff .

NOT ON TIME!!!!!!! I have had 2 appointments in the last 2 weeks. I have been early for both appointments, I understand I have an appointment time and I don't expect them to run out and help me if I am 10-15 minutes early as they have other customers. I however don't expect to be still sitting in my car 20 minutes after my appointment time with my dog (1st visit) or 15 minutes after my appointment time (2nd visit). The whole purpose of having an appointment time is so my time and your time isn't wasted. I understand there are issues everyday and things come up, but my time is important and I don't appreciate being made to wait without explanation. You don't allow customers in your facility so we just sit in your car and wait. Not this guy! I probably won't be back, if you don't care about me and my time, I have no use for your services as there are plenty of other vets in central Ohio. You seem to have plenty of other people that don't mind waiting. I'm just betting that if I show up 15-20 minutes after my scheduled appointment they wouldn't see me. Just guessing. NOT HAPPY! Don't waste peoples time.

Been taking my pets here with my mom since i was a kid now im 26 and i still bring my pets here

My husband I had taken our 8 year old dachshund Margie to Oak Creek since she was a puppy. We trusted Dr. Kathy and the staff completely. They loved our girl and she loved them. We were recently involved in a horrible car accident and Margie was with us. My husband and I were taken to different hospitals. Margie had to be taken because she was hurt so the fire chief took her to Oak Creek for us. Margie didn’t survive the accident but I knew she was in good hands. We so appreciate everything Kathy and the staff did for us that day. Even though we couldn’t be with her we knew she was getting the best of care.I highly recommend Oak Creek.

The receptionist was fabulous. Called to get an appointment and they offered same day service. Reasonable prices and very friendly staff.

Love this clinic and everyone who works there. They are professional, caring and their costs are reasonable. I have been taking my pets there for many, many years.

We take our three cats to see doctor Kathy and our dog to see doctor Boos. This place is the best!! My mom started taking her cats there when I was young after being treated horribly at a previous vet. I continued the tradition and have been going there for 14 years myself. Doctor Kathy has helped me through SO much with my cats (behavioral issues, urinary Crystal's, infected gums) and the awful experience of putting my 19 year old childhood cats down. She was very sensitive and caring. We have ALWAYS gone to doctor Kathy until my husband and I adopted a German Shepherd/Labrador Retriever mix last year and she was not available our first appointment with our new pup. I was skeptical to use someone else as I was so used to her. My fears were completely put to rest! Doctor Boos clearly loves the animals and really takes the time to talk with you about what's going on. I recommend everyone I talk with about pets to this vet hospital. You will always feel taken care of and you'll know your animals are getting the best treatment. Thanks Oak Creek!! EDIT: we are no longer going to Oak Creek after an unprofessional issue with someone at their front desk. Our kitty passed away and we used them for cremation. After over a week we called in to check and were told she should be back any day but they had no ETA. I immediately called the cremation service (Rutherford) and they said they never got our girl from Oak Creek. Upon calling back I repeated what I was told and the woman, Chelsea, said, "we had them pick her up so I'm not sure. It sounds like you should contact them because this is on them." I asked her which location they use in case I called the wrong one and she said she didn't know. After going back and forth (getting no where) she finally said it "wasn't their problem and I would just have to wait". This sent me hard core off the deep end and I asked for her name to talk with Doctor Kathy about what she had said. She then began questioning my appointment I had at 4o'clock for the kitten that had passed away! Before she died she had a runny nose and I had an appointment to get her seen. The woman kept asking if I would be bringing her in get checked after I said many times, "no - I'm not bringing my dead cat that you lost in at 4". After many tears I got a phone call from Rutherford stating they had never received the cat and Oak Creek "found her" there. I told my husband to go get her and make sure it was out kitty. Jill was amazing and refunded us apologizing for everything. Chelsea completely ruined an overall 20 years of my family going to Oak Creek. We will not be going back.

Love the care they provide for pets! They are always outstanding! They explain everything perfectly and make you and your pet feel like they are number 1! Plus their prices are great!

The staff and Vets are great

We have taken our dogs to Dr. Kathy and she has always been great. We got a new puppy and he sees Dr. Boos, we couldn't be happier. She is very attentive and follows up on everything! Staff is always welcoming and caring. I would highly recommend Oak Creek Vet Hospital.

UPDATE 3/28/13 Our 13 year old pug got two big scapes on her eye. Dr Bill & crew have taken good care of her, and she is well on the road to recovery. We've been going there for nearly 10 years, and will continue to do so. Care and prices are excellent. Always have good results at Oak Creek Vet.
