They took amazing care of my dog I will definitely take her back there.

Levi was in so much pain from spinal issues and the helped him immensely at 2AM on a Monday morning. You are all heroes in my book!!!!

We had to have our Boxer Einstein euthanized on New Years Day because on New Years Eve he continued to have seizures all night and we knew we had to do the right thing and the nurses and doctor were very kind, sympathetic and did everything I asked of them. I asked them if they could pick him up and put him on the table (he's 80 pounds) so I could hold him and comfort him because I'm not able to sit on the hard floor and they said absolutely. I got to hold my boy and help him cross over the rainbow bridge. It will be a week on Saturday he's been gone and I'm missing him so much. Thanks Metvet for helping me help my baby to cross the bridge. We had him cremated and the presentation was beautiful.

Very caring and courteous. My dog Buddha was having seizures and I was asked about his history and possible changes in his life. He is a friendly and is a gentleman that loves everyone. The vet and the staff do what is necessary to do everything they can for your pet with the pet parents permission and explain what treatment they offer within the possible means. God Bless the office with the continuing the tender loving care!!!

Excellent and expensive care. The staff is very compassionate and they explain the treatment options in easy to understand detail, including the costs. The care doesn't come cheap but it is worth it.

I am fairly certain that this place saved our budgie's life. He suddenly started acting sick on Christmas night and wouldn't move or eat the following day. We knew that if birds appear sick it's usually too late to do anything so we had to act fast. There weren't any vets open in our area (Pittsburgh, PA) that could see him urgently, so we made the 3 hour drive to this hospital. They took him in and treated him urgently, keeping him warm and supplying him with life-saving fluids and medications. If we hadn't taken him here I don't think he'd be with us today. They felt that he was ready for discharge the next day but we kept him in their care for an extra day because we wanted to be absolutely sure that he had recovered and cost wasn't an issue when it came to this little guy. Today he's doing much better, back to his old self and we couldn't be happier. The staff here is incredibly professional and they treat their patients with the utmost care. Although I hope we never have to take any of our pets here again, we would gladly drive the distance and spend the money needed to give them the top quality treatment that is offered here. Big thanks to the staff and facility for the great work you do. Thank you.

Do NOT take rabbits or likely any other exotic pets here. Awful service, incredibly rude, and way overpriced. They refused to give a rabbit the treatment needed and worsened his condition immensely. So horrible they would treat an animal the way that they did.

They did an excellent job caring for my dog after she injured herself. I would absolutely take my dog again if needed. My only issue with our experience is the length of time. My dog was not as emergent, so the timeline kept being pushed back. Had I known how long it was going to take ultimately, I would have gone home. If I have to take her again, I'll definitely will wait at home.

Gave us all the information for us to make the decision about how to proceed with care for our sick guinea pig. Some options are cheaper than others, but of course it's expensive, mainly due to it being an animal ER. They were extremely caring and thoughtful during our ordeal. Highly recommend.

The veterinarian was the only compassionate person we spoke to. If there is a zero star, I would give it to this facility. The receptionists are awful and disappointing and to be honest if they want good reviews they’d reconsider who answers their phone, and hire caring understanding receptionists. I don’t recommend, simply for unprofessionalism and lack of compassion.

Took a 4 week old kitten in the day after Christmas. They tried everything they could to save her. Unfortunately, she had too much wrong with her and passed. The tech called to let me know and then an hour later the vet called to pass on her condolences and let me know what was found in her blood work. They made a paw print plaster for us and even had her name on both sides.

Our cat had to be put down on Christmas eve. Everyone here was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much

Took my cat in, they told me he had to have his leg amputated and it would be $3000.00. Took my cat to 4 other vets and they all said antibiotics will solve the issue.

Very pleased with initial consult for adult green iguana with Dr. Jew. Spent time answering questions and going through his checkup with iguana. Highly recommend for herpetological care.

Staff was rude from the time I arrived at midnight with my sick dog...Asked me if I could read when I tried to take dog inside..and then when I returned to my car and called them..asking if I could stay with my dog, their response was if I did not like their policies, I should go to OSU..

I took my rat Ellie there due to obvious respiratory distress and to have her euthanize they let me pay a portion of the bill and I told them I would pay the rest when I got paid. I called to get an update for the ashes to which someone responded that they would hold the body for 5 days which the neglected to tell me while I was there and they wanted there money right then so I had to pay them with the money I didn't have. So now I probably won't get her ashes until after Christmas.

My daughter’s puppy was hit and died but we went there to try to save him. They were very kind and understanding about the situation. They even sent us a condolence card after. I had never been there before but I won’t forget about them. Thanks Medvet!

Professional, communicative, and helped us get out pet back to good health. A little expensive, but emergency services are always this way.

Took our pet to be spayed and paid the $400 cost. The pet died while being spayed and my daughter received a call that it had died. We went there to see her and hold her. It was devastating. They didn't care. They told me we owed them additional money of $64.46. They could have written this off due to the death of our pet but they sent it to collections. They just want your money. Warning for others.

I’m here right now my boyfriends sons rabbit is wheezing constantly and I don’t even know her breed and they are so sweet an the covid process handling is great she has never had a vet (my fault) it’s great that they will hold her with them if they see it’s an emergency situation The only thing I don’t like is the payment is all upfront so people who can’t manage the money an can’t wait until morning have no where to turn

I came here with a very sick reptile. They took her in to the clinic and did the best that they could. I was called with updates frequently which I really appreciated. They treated my baby and I with respect and care. When they had to give me bad news the vet was compassionate and gave me reassurance that we did all that we could. Unfortunately I didn't have a happy ending to our visit, but i knew chances were slim at the start. I would come here with my other reptiles in an emergency.

My boy Charlie got the best possible care here. They always treated him like family, and always walked me through everything and answered all the questions I had. The staff really cared here, and that means a lot. I took Charlie here for his whole life and I could not have asked for a better group of people to help him. Thank you so much.

The Doctor and staff that took care of my Oreo were phenomenal. I really appreciate them telling me exactly what was happening every step of the way.
