Walgreens is the best I got my meds from the store all kind of things

The staff here is extremely rude and hateful. Considering their high prices you would expect better treatment. I was assaulted by a staff memeber for not wearing a mask.

Between check ups and shots to surgery, this place is friendly and professional.

Overall, displeased with the vet office. Not only have I seen a different vet each time I went, but just different levels of dissatisfaction. My dog had to stay overnight in the spring for dehydration, and chewed their her harness, leash, collar, and IV line while there. Not certain how she was able to reach those as they said they were outside of the kennel. Secondly, I left the office after a visit and paid for the services and medications. I then got a call two hours after the fact stating they forgot to charge me for something and because of inventory purposes, had to charge me now for their mistake. On a separate visit, I was only picking up medications and one of the meds was a completely different weight so I had to correct them. The receptionist did not change the medication label or the charge, so a month later, I received a bill from them stating they didn’t charge me for the right med so I had to pay for their mistake. Unfortunately, the several Careless mistakes made me find a new vet.

We have transferred all our 3 frenchies to Dr. Graham's care..the staff is wonderful and cost of care is very acceptable.

Don't like the experience I had. Had a free appointment because I got a dog. from petland. The covid precautions are horrible. They told us they will come out to get the pet but I couldn't go in with her and the doctor would call me to tell me how it went. My dog is very timid and nervous so for her to go inside without me made me extremely nervous. The girl that came and got her was hugging her and petting her. If your taking covud precautions don't let your staff smother the pets with their germs. Then the same girl brought her out when they were done and when she gave her to me she hit my dogs head on the car and started laughing. Not cool. This whole experience was horrible. After the doctor called a different nurse came back out to give us prescriptions and free samples but was very rude and condescending. She said we could call in when we get home to get our deposit back or leave it for the next appointment. From the experience I had I already knew I would never be back so I said why do I have to call can't you refund it now. In the rudest tone she repeats what she just said and ignores me. I grabbed the bag and left. I hate this place you should never go somewhere and be treated like that. I have no idea what they did to my pet if they were that rude with me. I will never go back and will tell my family to never go there. Horrible experience!!

Aside from the fact that when you walk in you get no greeting and completely ignored. Or put on hold if you are calling in until the phone disconnects and you have to try again. The staff there are all RUDE. They treated my dog with no emotion and would throw things in the bill that weren’t asked if I even wanted added. Another thing, I had to cancel an appointment for my dog to get booster vaccines due to covid and when I brought him in a week later I was told my dog missed his window for the vaccinations. My question is why when I called to cancel the original appointment (because of COVID) was I never told I was going to have to pay for the original shots again, then make another appointment after that as well for boosters. Sounds money hungry to me. They up-charge where they can and lie (not very well either) when they can. I have also had a fecal sample tested there (requested by the vet) and an extra $50 added to my bill and never got a call with results. I had to ask what the results were at the next appointment. I have gone in to purchase food for my dog on multiple occasions not one employee will even look up at me or acknowledge me for 10 minutes and still get told I have to wait to check out. I can tell that my dog to them was just another dog they saw throughout the day and they could care less if we went there or not. So I will not be returning.

It is very frustrating when your pet is not feeling well and the people you trust to take care of them are rude and hang up on you. We were told to “drop our dog off” because we thought he had an ear infection and couldn’t schedule an appointment. After six hours (which I feel is pretty generous) we called to check and see if he had been examined yet. We were scolded and asked if we understood what a drop off meant. This is not the first time that staff has been short or rude with us. We will be finding a new office for our pups.

Dr. Graham Smith was extremely informative, compassionate, and flexible in a stressful situation for us and our 1 year old golden retriever. He made us feel so much more relaxed and helped our pup improve.

Dr. Kulp and the staff were so wonderful to us and our dog, Moa, who had to be hospitalized for 4 days. They treated Moa like their own and we are thankful for care, professionalism and communication during a really difficult time.

Staff is personable, great with my pets, just like family. I've been going here since 1996, won't go anywhere else.

Dr Sawyer was awesome. She was patient, caring, attentive to my Sweetie and his condition. She took time to make sure I understood his what was goingbon and options. The clinical assistants were gentle and caring also. A great vet experience for all. Sweetie has lived 17 fun-filled years and 15 of those years with seizures, so he is doing as well as or better than could be expected. We are grateful for the loving care from Healthy Pets of Westgate and Rome-Hilliard!! Thankbyou all and Many Blessings!!

Omg i love everyone here. Dr graham is awesome and the receptionists are so much fun to just chat with, especially about astrology:]. I always feel comforted if I'm being an overly paranoid dog mom by everyone here. I will likely bring my oldest here as well.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! Not professional at all. They only care about your money not your pet. Everything is always messed up,can never get ahold of any one. Nobody that works there has a sense of humor or personality. They are nothing but a money grab. Be aware of this place. They will continue to make excuses to why they don't want your money but really they do and care about. I missed 1 appointment do to a family emergency and it was Armageddon. Not a place I would recommend to anybody

Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. Dr. Michael Kellaher is a true gem who cares and is an excellent, highly educated veterinarian who keeps up with the latest technology and techniques. He saved my little Yorkie's life when there was almost no hope of him surviving sepsis and gave me three more years with my Caesar. He will forever be my hero. I will be taking my new puppy to him as well. Regardless of the three hour drive. I trust and value him and his staff that much. The best!!!
