The staff here is very friendly and willing to assist and answer any questions they can. I haven't noticed it "busy," but there does seem to be a pretty steady stream of customers. It's nice to find these products and brands locally rather than online. They are very generous with samples, which is great because their products aren't cheap and you don't want to waste money on food your pet can't handle or doesn't like. They offer both in-store and manufacturer frequent buyer discount programs.

I love this little store. Not only do they have a wide selection of high quality foods but they have also been so helpful in finding the perfect supplements for my pets. I love that they have smaples of the different foods so I can test my dog's allergies. Great place with friendly and knowledgeable staff. My dog loves going there too!

There’s not many pet stores in the area that can help you make an informed decision, HPNC made us feel completely comfortable in our decisions to try a new food and goats milk for our dogs allergies. The staff member was also very knowledgeable about the CBD oils for human/pet use and was very thorough with explaining the benefits to us! Goodbye pet smart, hello Holistic Pet Nutrition Center!

Not many choices for wet cat food.

Who knew your dog food could make such a difference?! Our dog has a mystery illness that's causing her lymph nodes to be constantly inflamed, and vets can't figure out what is wrong. We were traveling when it first started happening, so we saw two different vets before returning home and also seeing our normal vet. She had several tests done, and we were able to rule out a lot of things, but never were able to diagnose her; even went through a round of antibiotics with no results. I had heard that feeding raw dog food was really good, and we felt like that was our last resort, so we went here, (to their Missoula store first, while we were traveling actually, and then hit the Harmony store as we headed to the East Coast) to get more info. Oh my gosh, these guys knew SO MUCH about dog health issues and had great recommendations! After only 2 or so weeks on raw food, her lymph nodes actually started shrinking! They're still inflamed, but very slowly going down. Weirdly, she also had a callous on her elbow from laying on the concrete, and sometimes she would scrape it open, (yuck on the furniture)! After years of having this, it's actually healing, and is almost completely covered in fur again!

Came here a few months ago looking for good food for my dog. Best decision I could've made. The staff is so knowledgeable. My dog isn't shy to eat her food and actually enjoys it now!

I spent hundreds at the vet for my kitten with the world's SMELLIEST poo. She could clear out the entire house. Vets wormed her (even though no sign of worms), and had her on different antibiotics (even though no sign of infection) and yet nothing worked. I was picking up my dog food and mentioned the ridiculous amount I'd shelled out at 3 different vets to no avail, and she grabs me a carton of goats milk. I spent HUNDREDS, and she gives me a $6 solution. SERIOUSLY... WORKED IN LESS THAN 2 DAYS. Just a tiny bit... BOOM! DONE!

This store is amazing! You can trust that the research has already been done and anything in here you buy is safe and good for your dog. There are brands for every budget! And you know it will be better than anything you can get at a grocery store or vet
