I would not take my animals any where else! Dr. Hufnagle is a very kind and caring Veterinarian that listens to what is wrong to your pets and really takes care of them.

This Vet saved our dog's life. After being misdiagnosed with another vet. He recognized the problem and prescribed medicin to help.

I had been going here with my animals for almost 20 years, i moved out of state so i had to change vets. Dr Hufnagel has been great, especially when the hard time of losing an animal comes. I recommend anyone looking for a good veterinarian to come here

Dr Hufnagle has been so caring and patient with all our fur babies over the years. Even though we move 45 mins away - we gladly make the drive. His employees are wonderful too.

A great place when we were having a bit of an emergency with our cat. I'm giving 4 stars because I never met the vet & that was something I've never experienced. Their prices are reasonable & I appreciated the veteran discount tremendously. I also appreciated them getting us in last minute on a Saturday.

They were very kind to me, but, I never got to meet the Doctor. This was unusual. Amy was very helpful, but I'd have rather talked directly to the doctor. Their Bengal cat was a joy. My animal is doing well so far after the surgery. However, it's too soon to say if it will be successful. Also , I liked getting a Veteran and cash discount!

Would not let us in the room to be with our dog in her final moments as she was put to rest. I will NEVER forget this and I will NEVER be back. You’ve lost many longtime customers.

Older dog was injuriered and they made time for her a Saturday Great Vet service, would recommend to all for their kind services.

I can say nothing negative. Everyone is always kind and compassionate. Dr. Hufnagel is direct and to the point with no fanfare and a heart of gold for the animals he care for. Thank you to all of the staff and Dr.s at the clinic.

Great vet clinic! Always willing to answer questions and are responsive to your concerns! As long as Dr Hufnagel is there we will continue to go here. Always treats my pitbulls as dogs not a breed! Love this office!

We took our 2 dogs for an appointment and with Covid, they are running their practice differently. The receptionist asked us questions, took notes and then the technician took each dog to the exam room while we stayed in the waiting room. I get it. However, the technician came out and told us Dr. Hufnagel treated both of our dogs with different injections contrary to our expectations. There was clearly a communication barrier due to their current Covid procedures as we had no direct communication with Dr. Hufnagel. He never asked about our concerns and he never got our consent to treat. We were really confused by what happened. When we questioned all of this as we thought it was big miscommunication, Dr. Hufnagel raised his voice and told us never to come back. When we attempted to have a civil, business-like discussion, he threatened to have us escorted out. It was so bizarre. We have been clients for many, many years. I once heard a very similar incident when I was in the waiting room a couple of years ago but I pegged it to a difficult customer. Do not question Dr. Hufnagel or you and your vet records will be thrown out the door.

We have been going to Hufnagel's for years and always very satisfied one example: had to go to another vet recently due to Dr Hufnagel wasn't in. pet treated and sent home no change what so ever. Next day pet still doing bad, went to Hufnagel's with in a very short time after Dr Hufnagel examined and treated Pet was back up, eating and doing much better. We've been bringing our pets here for years. Dr Hufnagel and his staff have always been extremely nice to Rusty, Maisie, Daphne, Abby, and even Owen(Our mean cat). I highly recommend Dr Hufnagel to everyone I know.

Receptionist is rude. The vet is a joke. Told me I was no longer a client (which I could care less because he is not my main vet) because I questioned why my dogs condition wasnt changing. I had the same issue with my dog last year and explained to them what it was but he didnt want to prescribe me the medication my dog needed without charging me yet another office visit to do more testing that should have been done the first time when I was there 5 days prior. Went to another vet who confirmed what I already knew. my dog had bacteria and YEAST. Never planned on going back but he thought he was the man telling me first over the phone. This man is the definition of greed

I've been bringing my cats to Hufnagel veterinary clinic for almost 10 years. Dr. Hufnagel and his staff are good people. Not all vets have a "way" with cats. But Dr. Hufnagel is quite good with cats. Even in times of hardship back when I had a cat that was sick, Dr. Hufnagel helped me with therapies that prolonged his life. When my cat finally died, Dr. Hufnagel didn't charge me for everything that he could have done; and even allowed me to be with my friend when he took his last waking breath. I still bring my two cats all the way from Cranberry Township to Harmony to see Dr. Hufnagel because I trust their judgement and commitment. I really appreciate their caring service to the animals they serve.

hufnagel seemed nice enough but the staff were completely different story. our dog was passing and we had an appointment to have her put down. because we were emotional about it they cancelled her appointment 2 days before hand . they let our dog suffer because we loved her so much we cried. compassion does not exist in this place.

My pets have received many years of great care . Dr Hufnagel is excellent. The staff always helpful and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I would not recommend them at all. The vet was rude and inconsiderate. The girls were kind and helpful. I will not be using them again and I have friends that will also not be returning to them. You would think that if your a vet you would like animals, but I don't get that feeling with him.

Like no other Vet I've ever been to. Doctor Hufnagel truly cares about each and every animal that walks through his doors. He is constantly staying up to date with all medical practices from natural medicines to laser therapy. There is a reason this is the only place I'll take my dogs. They are part of my family and they are treated incredibly well when I visit. On top of everything doctor Hufnagel is very affordable. Thank you all for taking care of our little ones.
