They are amazing saved my Bruster took him right in for his emergency visit

I don’t recommend them and won’t be taking my dog there. I’m also filing a BBB complaint and now get to dispute the charges with my bank. After multiple times of trying to cancel their pet insurance I was still charged. Shelly refused to give me a refund and after already being charged the $52 for the plan she charged me another $74 in hidden fees! If you have a large dog the plan is a waste as the techs wouldn’t even cut my dogs nails and any shots they pushed on me my other vet said weren’t necessary

I recently took my dog for a visit and their vet tech/assistant was very rude at the end of my visit just asked me to go pay didn’t even get anything out of the visit no answers about what might be wrong just gave us pain medicine and told me to leave. She was also very rude in the way she told us to leave won’t be taking my dog there anymore!

I’ve been taking my dog here for about three years now and haven’t had any issues until today. Had a check-up appointment scheduled and my husband being the helpful person that he is was willing to take her to the appointment so I could go to the eye doctor. He waited out in the car with my anxiety-stricken dog for 45 minutes! They are familiar with my dog’s history, they know she has terrible anxiety, and letting my husband sit out in the car with her for 45 minutes is simply unacceptable. She paced, she whined, cried, and barked the entire time. After waiting for 45 minutes, my husband called them and said he had to leave, he couldn’t wait any more, so my dog didn’t even get to have her appointment. Very disappointed with the service today.

Tried this vet to fix my cats ear problem and I got the complete run around. $1,100 later and they still couldn’t figure out the problem. They took cultures of her ear to send off and examine and still not one answer. Needless to say, I went to moms vet clinic and what took Total Vet the equivalent of 2 1/2 months I got answers in one day. Now my baby is on the road to recovery and a healthier life.

First off, I called to get my elderly cat in for an appointment because my regular vet was booked over a week out. They didn't have anything open before my flight out of town, but moved things around to get me in. When I got there for my appointment, I had to wait for almost an hour...which I was ok with (they told me that there was an emergency situation that turned in to a euthanasia). They were very apologetic about it all. I like to think that if my pet had a problem that they care enough to take the time necessary to take care of them (which, they did). When I got in a room, the vet came in and assessed my kitty and told me what my options were and what she recommended to start off with. We agreed to do x-rays and go from there. Unfortunately, the results were not good. She helped me decide what was best from there and I decided to let my precious boy go. It's never an easy thing to do, but every person there was very caring and compassionate. I never felt rushed or pushed to do anything I didn't want to do. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. I definitely recommend them because they really do care.

I have multiple animals that have been seen at this vet. Each and every time their team has been so caring. They genuinely care about the animals and they saved my cats life. Dr. Fomby is the best! I recommend them to everyone.

I didn't end up going but they were super polite and would definitely recommend

I am so grateful to all of the staff here. I can't believe my cat likes going to the vet - she's happy to go now, and comes back calm and purring even after uncomfortable or painful things. They really seem to make the effort to help her be comfortable. And when she had a new problem right before her booster shot appointment, they took the extra time to do another really thorough exam and watch her walk and jump around. Everything they've done has been so helpful.

I think what I LOVE about Total Veterinary Care is that they are great at what they do. You can tell they genuinely love pets, but the huge benefit is they don't push things on you. They are a no pressure vet. We've taken 2 of our pets in the past year for concerning behavior. The vet accurately diagnosed them and provided options for treatment, each ranging in price for care. They understand the expense of caring for a pet and do not pressure you for add-ons or "unnecessary" add-ons. We've had bad experiences with other local vets where a basic checkup for a healthy dog turns into a $400 visit based on all recommended options... but not here. Don't get me wrong, they will give you options with pros and cons for your consideration but with ZERO pressure. I seriously can't recommend Total Ceterinary Care enough.

Dr. Finaley saved my dogs life and his ear and has provide amazing care for him since. I am thankful I brought him here 3 years ago and have been coming here since. The staffs friendly and really cares about your animals well being. 10/10 recommend.

Staff goes above and beyond and treats your pets as their own. Very friendly and easy to schedule, even in emergencies. Pricing seems to be fair and I don't think they charge for anything that's unnecessary. We have become lifelong customers

First time in. Just moved back to Ohio. They seen my dog same day. I Think he had a seizure. There doing a work up on him to check for other issues also. Very polite and caring so far.

I recently had to put down my furbaby and Jen and her staff were so compassionate for me and my furbaby. She made sure we were comfortable and ready before she did anything. Jen and her staff walked us through the whole process before and after my furbaby crossed the rainbow bridge. The cost was reasonable and I would recommend Total vetranarin to all my friends. We got our dog fixed here. It went very well. The staff was friendly and professional.

1000 dollars later still unable to diagnose my dog who is puking. Gave meds to settle his stomach and took almost 72 hours for the refill after being told will refill any time needed. This doc had to talk to that doc and so on. Clearly their notes were not clear that were written regarding him. Then says wanted to make sure came for ANOTHER CHECK before a refill, no he was not due for a check he was due for his shot. Then once explained had to wait again for med. Totalling 3 days before a call that it was filled, all the while dog ran out of meds and started vomiting again. Unorganized. Let's also mention how I asked not to see the 1st veterinarian again bc she screams when she speaks to you and STILL SCHEDULED ME WITH HER.

A wonderful group of knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic folks. Timely, responsive and trustworthy. These people genuinely care about animals. I'm glad I found them.

They were incredibly sweet with my dog. She was very relaxed and comfortable with the vets. I liked that the bench to sit was big enough for a large dog & allowed her to sit with me

We moved here to Ohio a month ago and my Boston was having issues... Total Veterinary told us to come right in unfortunately we had to make the hardest decision to put my oh so sweet PO PO down today. Dr. Fomby was such a kind, honest and compassionate vet. I appreciate her honesty and I cannot day what a wonderful person she is! This place is now my go to vet for my other rescues!

Good experience staff very friendly Dr Finley excellent vet

Place is a huge disappointment, complete disregard for our dogs health and if we listened to their instruction, she would have passed away. Luckily we took her to medvet for a 2nd opinion and they rushed her to treatment and saved her life. Total Veterinary only wants your money for their plans and for you to be on your way.

Dr. Finley is the best veterinarian I've ever been to. She gives great explanations about what is going on with your animal and gives you the time of day. The rest of the staff here is kind and educated. The facility is clean and well maintained.

My furry children get the best care here by Dr. Finley and the staff is great too. I appreciate that they offer yearly plans that you pay monthly that includes office visits and most vaccines and discounts on meds, flea and tick. It helps with the sticker shock and I know my pets are up to date and most importantly they are healthy. I highly recommend this practice.

Way to expensive in comparison to other local vets in the area that offer the same quality and caring services. Will continue going elsewhere, so we can use the savings to donate to animals in need, not filling a vets pocket.

The best vet we have found yet! You can tell the entire staff really cares about your pet. We will continue to recommend them over and over again.
