Scruffy to Fluffy Grove City, Ohio

I have a pug and he HATES getting his nails cut. I have tried so many different ways and places but decided to try here today. It was amazing. I was in and out so quickly and my pups nails are trimmed and we are beyond happy. Will definitely be a regular customer!

Took my golden retriever here today. We Will not be returning. They told us 4 hours (which is a long time in the first place for having an appointment) then took over 6 hours. I asked for him to be trimmed all over. My boyfriend picked him up So when I got home, I was expecting to see a nice trimmed dog. We basically paid $70 for a nail trim. The cuts under his neck are awful and noticeable with no blending done. Other than that….I’m not sure what they were doing with my dog for 6 hours. Take my advice and go somewhere else!

This is the only place we take our pups. Very timely and do a great job.

Took my 8months old labradoodle here for the first time, it was quick and easy. They even got done in 2hrs! They are the first place to actually trim up her tail and clean up her face properly. Only $65 for a full bath, hair cut, nail trim and ears. I’ve paid $125 at a pet smart for them to take 5hrs and not do a great job. Very pleased!

I had a situation in which I needed my long-haired cat to see a groomer ASAP. I called several places and the wait was a couple to get a cat appointment. I called Scruffy to Fluffy and spoke with Lisa she had me bring my cat right down to get the situation solved and my little guy feeling better. She was very prepared and knew how to handle my cat that was very frustrated and irritable (never been to the groomer). She was quick and professional and kept me at ease. She also gave me a recommendation for further services based on my cat’s individual needs and temperament. I would recommend taking your fluffy friend here and will be returning for future grooming services.

Took my long haired cat for her first ever grooming appointment. She just turned one. She was badly matted on her belly but the ladies at Scruffy To Fluffy fixed her right up.This is the groomer that I'll be using for my cat Nellie. Hands down. I was absolutely impressed with the groomers. . . They know what they're doing and they do a great job.

They did amazing work on my girl! Could not be more happy! She normally is petrified after being groomed, but here mad sure she wasnt. Thank you so much!

I set up an appointment for Wednesday at 6pm and was told that would be fine. So I get there at 5:45pm front door is locked, no times listed on window So I look at website. Hours listed until 5pm. So why would they tell me 6pm was fine ?????

Amazing place to get your fur baby groomed! Set up a same-day appointment on a Saturday, worked with me being a bit late due to work, took GREAT care of my guy to the point he loved getting a bath (something he never lets us do at home!). Very understanding of him being anxious and nervous and asked us to bring him back to get to know him better. They take care of every dog and cat that comes in as if they're their own pet, great grooming, great people, quick, and affordable. I'll never go to another groomer again!

Groomers here did a great job with my dogs, especially my Airedale.

Always wonderful, we love taking all of our pets there. Competitive pricing as well, but the love they show our pets is worth more. You can tell everyone there loves animals and they treat them all with respect and dignity. The photoshoots are an added bonus!

First impression is the BEST our schitzu DIVA walked out FABULOUS GREAT JOB Ladies MAGGIE had no complaints she smelled lovely her cut was way better than I expected seeing as I couldn't get pics off my phone the ladies had this calming tone in their voice that all the dogs were calm me as well

Great service. The dog friendliest little place I have ever been to! They don't cage the dogs ever! Probably not so good for really large dogs.

Great prices but the staff has changed since I started bringing my dog and the groomer has nicked the quick in my dog's nails the last 2 times we've been, which has made her understandably anxious and fearful about nail trims. She also nearly fell off the grooming table because she was scared and they weren't holding her so I don't think we'll be back.

My little dog was very traumatized. When she was picked up her breathing was rapid and shallow. Her tongue was blue. They said she started acting that way earlier but they never called my daughter to come and get her. I called my veterinarian and they had me rush her there. She had to be given a sedative and oxygen and stabilized before we could bring her home. That $40 grooming (I won't even comment on that) cost me another $700 at the vet. Needless to say. they don't even deserve 1 star.

One of the best groomers I'm the area. They don't cage dry and they are always the sweetest.
