This is my third time to drop off my cat in this pet palace. I usually don’t have any problem with the staffs, they’re very responsive. However, this time I am not happy with the customer service, I dropped my cat for 3 days & while I was dropping him, I wanted to tell them about my expectation, about what he likes, where is likes to sleep but they barely listen to me, they were in hurry, they just grabbed his carrier & took him in without listening to me, even the way they were carrying him was unprofessional. Anyway, I came back to pick my cat up yesterday, I asked them to clip his nails and asked for individual play time. I got a report card for my cat stay- I was excited to see it, I had him there from 01/7/22 to 01/9/22 and the report mentions only 2 days of play time so I called them and checked to make sure. Their answer- “ they might’ve forgotten & its not a big deal, it happens because they’ve other things to do. That answer is unacceptable & I won’t be boarding my cat in that location ever again.”

Our boy always seems to have a goof time here. Reasonably priced as well.

Took excelente care of my pup. Will be returning in the future.

Con: not a smooth process at check-in. Pro: close to airport.

Love this place. They took great care of out teacup Yorkie sisters! It was their first time at a puppy hotel. But not our first visit. Previous generation yorkies have been guest. Terrific service, great tram you can tell their staff love animals. Will return!

I have taken my dog here several times for grooming, boarding, and daycare. At the beginning there were not really any issues, the staff was all very pleasant, but recently I have been having some issues and I’m not sure if it’s new staff not being properly trained or what. A few weeks ago I set up an appt to get my dog groomed and daycare as I’ve done in the past. She informed me I was not allowed to bring him in until he got another canine flu shot (his paperwork clearly states he had it done over the summer). She finally listened but it took several tries, I called again to confirm the next day with someone else and they told me the shot was not even needed anymore anyway and I had been misinformed. Recently I took my dog in at 3:30pm and when I dropped him off the girl told me as long as I got him by 3:30pm I would not be charged 2 nights. I picked him up the next day at 3pm and was informed I was being charged for 2 nights…. I told her what I was told by the other employee and she told me I was misinformed….so I was charged for a two night stay because I was misinformed by an employee AND my dog was not even there a full 24 hours. After both of these experiences I am starting to reconsider where I will be taking my dog for future services.

Pet Palace (Airport location) has been wonderful every time I board my dogs there. Extremely nice staff and they have always taken good care of my pets. I have recommended to close friends and family and would recommend to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and reliable place to board their pet and/or take advantage of their daycare. Thank you!

Pet Palace has become a second home to my puppy Isis. They treat her with so much care and love. Isis shows how excited she is each time we pull up and she pushes me out of the car. It's clear by this she is comfortable here and is treated nice. Thank you pet place for everything. The staff is amazing.

A very flexible team that takes good care of our dogs, we’ve done short and long stays. Cheap daily rate but you can add-on extra features like more walks, shared play activities, etc. Recently used their bath service and it was great to bring our pets home clean! The staff seems genuinely kind to the pets even the high maintenance ones.

Unfortunately, this is not a great place to take an active dog. After leaving my dog there multiple times and him still having a ton of energy afterwards I decided to press for how long he had time out of the cage. Out of the 9 hours he stayed they only had him out for 2.5 hours. 2 1-hr group plays and 2 15-minute potty breaks. Again, this may be fine for a toy dog but not nearly enough for a labrador retriever. The place is clean and well put together but not the place to take a dog to have fun. Just another cage to put your dog in.

I boarded my 2 dogs and 2 cats at the airport location while I was in Hawaii for 2 weeks. My dogs had never spent a night away from me and I was so worried they'd be put in a cage and be ignored. The staff was great though, and updated me on their behavior and eating habits by phone while I was vacationing. When I picked them up the dogs were just fine, the cats were a little stressed but that was just from being in an unfamiliar territory. Anyway now I take the dogs to Doggy Day Care once a week to play and break up the monotony of being home all day while I'm at work. They get so excited to go there. If I could afford it I'd take them every work day!

The staff members at the airport location are amazing! Our dear Sam passed away earlier this year from cancer complications, and the employees were so kind and caring when I called to close out his file. They even mailed my family a beautiful and heartfelt condolence card with all of their signatures and memories of him. Sam would stay there often, and the employees always provided us with thorough daily reports of his meals and activities, which we enjoyed reading. Sam used to get excited to go there! The grooming staff does a great job, as well. I would recommend this location to anyone!

The staff is friendly and care about the pets. They call if there's any issue.

Communication skills are lacking. Took my dog in at 9:15am today. I told them I’d be picking her up at 8am tomorrow. There was no issue. At 7:43pm today they call me to make me aware that pick up is from 6pm-8pm due to it being a holiday. I would have liked to have known this in advance. My dog has never been away from her family so I wanted to make her stay as short as possible. If I would have known sooner I would have left my family function early to grab her today. Not fair to my dog

People are very friendly. But after getting my dog back after 5 days, he's sick. Sneezing all the time and runny nose. Doesn't look like he's been eating and outside much. Idk what the point of getting vaccines and shots were, just so he can be returned to me sick!! Disappointed

My dog stayed there for few nights, the staff barely took care for him, they barely give him water, because my dog crazily drunk water when he got home. Also When I pick up my dog, the staff gave fake smile and said dog legs are wet because he played in the water. But my dog legs smelled like pee, and I knew he doesn't like playing in water at all.. The staffs showing their "friendly" by giving fake smile and being "responsive" by giving bulls**t when you call and ask about how your dog is doing. The only genuine words from then is when they ask you for tips.

Update!! Pet palace contacted me and showed great compassion and customer care about Karma and her well being. They promptly issued a refund for her stay and kept in touch throughout the week to follow up on Karma. She is doing great and is back to her usual self. I will give PetPalace another shot in the future do to the outstanding customer service I was shown. I understand things do happen and its the customer service and care that matters most. Thank you

I've been boarding dogs here for quite a few years. Always impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail. They keep meticulous records of what goes on, so when you pick up your dog, you can get a day-by-day of what went on.

The place is well kept and clean. GPS directions are a bit misleading and lead you to the back of the building. The staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions that you may have.

The staff is wonderful and my boys Jason and Tyler always have a great time!

I like the atmosphere. The color and decor is pleasing. The service is good. I had a warm sake and some ginger chicken with broccoli and fried rice. My wife had a cabernet with a veggie platter and fried rice. We were both happy with our dinner. We thought about dessert but there were no good gluten free options. My only complaint would be that the wait was estimated at 25 minutes by the hostess for a table or takeout though the restaurant was only at about 1/4 capacity. We were able to seat immediately at the bar and were served hot food within 15 minutes. I would've liked a more intimate face to face booth for our date and the same level of service and timing.

My dog loves his stay here, great staff very Friendly awesome place.

Our dog has loved going to Pet Palace Airport over the last two and a half years. He has stayed for short and extended periods. He uses an x-large pen and has 2 play dates with other dogs each day. I am confident that he is well treated there. I appreciate that the staff is vigilant in making sure all of their guests' vaccinations are up-to-date.

They were so sweet and they don't miss a detail. My boys were very well taken care of while I was gone and my golden got the best grooming ever. I'll definitely go back.

Use them for boarding! AND grooming service since 2013. Always happy with all their services.
