Clean. Great, helpful staff. Fun store to look around for anything you might want for your pets.

Good selection for all pet types. Food, treats, supplies. Even offer pet wash, which I didn't use. Lots of sales and some clearance items.

The staff here is very prompt,if it is sold out they will order it for you. I buy a lot of crickets there every week and they always have the small ones.

Appreciate the availability for the family members that give great companionship.

It was a wonderful visit. We bring our children in just to see the rescue cats. They love it and the staff is awesome, working around us. They all greeted us as we moved around the store and were polite when checking to see if we needed helped.

They have a great delivery service. Orders are always accurate and delivered timely.

They don't carry my cat food that only my cat's and Kitten's will eat. But I'm still able to buy my dog's Little Ceasars wet dog food there and at a reasonable price. The employee's are really nice and explained the situation to me why their store hasn't had any Friskies Pate Chicken & Tuna Dinner in the cans for awhile now. That was nice and helpful of them. I really appreciated their honesty in the matter.

Shopping online is convenient and easy. The curbside pick up is so convenient, items packaged well, associates friendly and pick up is in a very timely manner.

I purchased 5 dog washes at the self doggy station. I somehow lost my card. Yes, that is my fault, however I called the store before coming in to give my dog a bath, and they told me I have 4 left. Fine, good. They didn't tell me that I had to have the card. I drive all the way there to wash my dog and they said it isn't associated with my phone number so I was out of luck basically. If it isn't associated with my number, one would think they wouldn't have been able to pull it up, right?! That is why I called before I drove there!!!! If the employee didn't know, she should have asked. I literally told her I was calling because I was bringing my dogs to get bathed, and I was about to leave and that we'd see her soon. Not to mention I was on hold for 5 minutes when I called. Disorganized, and no help! Beyond ridiculous!

Terrible prices. Uninformed employees. Can't get any help in this store.

Outrages prices. First and only pet store I have ever seen or been in that doesn’t have a water bowl for your dog to drink out of. Employee seemed to care less. How difficult is it to put a bowl of water outside the door. Will never be back.

They were good and the doctor was very kind and explained everything for Pixie.

Took my dog for a grooming appointment. I described what I wanted and the groomer agreed she understood. Came back my dog was cut with patches, his nails were cut but not grinded like I had requested. His nose was cut down so far you could almost see the bone it was red and bruised. She nicked him under his left eye, under his arms and his tail. All I could do was burst into tears. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

I always bring my fur babies to the groomers and have had all three work with them. I’ve had many groomers with different styles and they all do such a great job. I know my dogs leave with wagging tails and big smiles.

They always offer to carry any heavy objects to my car and are always willing to answer questions with a smile. They're pretty knowledgeable about the pet products and I almost always find what I'm looking for]
