They are always friendly, respond to voicemails, and address any and all concerns. I’ve been to a lot of vets, and they are my favorite!

The staff at Concord Chapel Animal Hospital have been amazing with Duke through all of the ups and downs of his medical issues. Office Manager, Brandy Lauron, will use false clams to a long-term loyal customer to refuse service. Veterinarian will send you home with medication without performing any analysis. Caution when asked of their practice, you may get denied service.

Have been taking my animals here for years and have always appreciated the service, respect, and care given to both animals and myself in every visit from routine checkups to end of life. They have always been amazing!!

My dog was seen twice for what I was lead to believe was an ear infection. It cost me hundreds of dollars to find out my dog has ear mites ONLINE. They tested him twice for an infection and knew it wasn't an infection. They prescribe him antibiotics knowing he didn't need them. When I asked about his treatment I was told he had an allergy that was causing ear infections that were never found. They wanted their fees. Take you animals to a vet that truly cares about their health and not one that will lie and over change you for unnecessary treatments.

My experience was wonderful. Very welcoming atmosphere in a previous beautiful chapel. Everyone there seemed to have a genuine love for animals. I received guidance and documentation support on raising my new puppy. The vet was gentle and kind. Vet assistant Daniel went above and beyond by hand delivering anti-inflammatory to help with discomfort from the puppy’s first shot since they were closing for the evening. So happy I chose Concord Animal Hospital for my puppy’s care.

Wonderful staff. Would love if they offered a rabies titer test to see if vaccines are still in the animals system. Protect The Pets - We don't want to over-vaccinate our animals in Ohio and cause them death.

I always have a great experience at Concord. All of the staff are awesome. Even Lexie doesn’t mind going to the vets and loves everyone there!

It's still awkward and scary for my animals to be "car side" I wanted to follow my scared dog in. And talk to a vet .

Service is quick and staff are friendly. Current covid restrictions may skew this review at a later date but I'm pleased with the quality of care my dog receives and how receptive staff are to my questions.

I have two dogs and they both are very shy with strangers. The youngest one actually has extreme anxiety around non family. The experts at Concord are kind and compassionate. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant or competent staff to take care of our furry family members!
