I brought my dog and cat to this clinic for a little over a year while I lived in Columbus. I was so happy with the care they received there from the vets, techs, and other staff. For my dog’s last appointment with them I was finally able to go inside (due to COVID restrictions), and seeing my highly anxious dog be so excited to see her vet like she was an old friend made it really clear how well she’d been treated during all the visits when I waited curbside. My senior cat I adopted also has some underlying conditions, and Dr. Huter was incredibly understanding and communicative when I expressed some last minute concerns about a dental procedure for him. It turned out the concerns were warranted and he had feline asthma, which we now have well-controlled along with some fresh clean teeth. If you’re looking for a vet, I wholeheartedly recommend the team at Berwick. We’re very sad to be moving away!

They always treat my doggie very well. I know that she is always taken care of. I have had numerous conversations with her vet on the phone and he always is very patient and makes sure that i understand everything that is going on with my girl. I trust them very much with the life of my pet.

Love Dr Bando and his team! Hands down the best bet I've ever had to care for my dogs. My dogs love him and the staff! I'd recommend him a thousand times over!

Been going here for years but they are pretty expensive

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend them. Not only have they helped me with all of my pets (I have 6 cats and a dog) they have shown nothing but compassion, and caring for every single one. I recently had to put my beloved Judith down and it was my first time having to do something like that. They talked me through it and seemed genuinely saddened about having to do it. I soon after received a sympathy card from the Dr and I thought that was amazing. Thank you so much to all of the staff. Again I would highly recommend them to anyone!! ????

Do not bring your animals here! We brought our dog here to have his ACL repaired and they were about to give him an epidural but instead of injecting him with pain blockers he got injected with antibiotics into his spine!! None of the staff knew what the side effects could be because this has never happened before and it could have paralyzed him or worse.!! I highly recommend going absolutely anywhere else!!

Despite COVID19 They are serving my pets needs! You call for appts, they retrieve your pooch, you wait in car, they bring pooch back! You can pay cash or credit card over the phone. I got Expression and nails clipped for $32! I've been here for over a year now. Multiple visits, dental work done, everything explained, had an unexplained issue resolved. GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH THE DOC!

Words cannot describe Dr.Bando and Dr.Huter. We rescued Maya, in late July of 2020 from Cause for Canines. Berwick was the Veterinarian clinic she had been treated with, and so we decided to stick with them. Unfortunately, Maya, struggles with severe anxiety, and Dr.Huter and Dr.Bando worked with us and would spend hours of their expensive time helping us AND going above and beyond to assist us with a very high maintenance (sorry Maya) Pup. Dr. Bando even field a once in a blue moon situation and on HIS DAY OFF. Remember, he’s not getting any sort of compensation for that. It’s because he and Dr. Kathryn are compassionate, GOOD people. We’re moving, and they’ve been instrumental in assisting us with the transition. Dr.Bando and Dr. Kathryn, you’re family to SANDY, MAYA & MYSELF and you always have a place to stay in Miami. Staff too, always so friendly and helpful. In short, highly recommended (I never write reviews) but felt intrinsically compelled to post this. Just please Dr’s, open up a Miami practice!!! ????

I hope that you make this right. Anyone who knows Bayou knows how good of a dog he is. No dog deserves this type of treatment, so it’s especially upsetting knowing Bayou may not be okay long term. If you truly care about people and their pets, make this right.

Best Vets. Best system. Best treatment and highest level of care for your pets. We have 8 cats, and have had our fair share of issues come up from respiratory infections to digestion issues and even my cat eating some unidentifiable something. This office handled each situation promptly and professionally. They don't encourage or push meds unless they are truly warranted, and they talk you through the symptoms and possible treatment routes and are extremely informative and understanding. I have even had times where the best option was to wait & see- and our doc called to check in over the weekend to make sure everything was ok. They are efficient with appointments- since covid you wait in the car & they will get you checked in and have the symptoms written down before they come get your pet so they are in there for as little time as needed. They call you back and discuss findings and possible treatment and even check you out over the phone. It's an extremely smooth process start to finish. Everyone cares about your pet there. There is a really feeling of "family vet" here & I will be sad to have to change vets here in a couple months after we move out of the city.

I took my cat here to get shots. I was quoted one thing on the phone and then charged additional at the end of the visit. I advised them I shouldn’t of been charged anything as I paid upfront. I had the receipts and everything to prove it and they still said that I owe the money. I paid it and left will not be back !! There is better animal clinic then this one all they care about is getting paid clearly!!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for three years and have only had great experiences. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly kind. Would 100% recommend to everyone.

We have been at Berwick Animal Clinic since 2015 when we got our indoor/outdoor cat and we are SO happy with the staff and service here! We bring her in for regular check ups and nail trims (she can be a bit difficult, but the staff is great!). We also had an emergency incident with her last summer and had to rush her to the clinic... they stabilized her quickly and kept us informed and guided us through the whole process for her recovery. We were appreciative that the vet was honest about her condition, the cost, and what they thought was appropriate or not for her care. We ended up having her transferred to a 24/7 vet for overnight observation and they called the other office and updated them on her condition and sent over all her paperwork! This was especially helpful since we were overwhelmed with the whole situation. We added a puppy in 2020 and are so happy that we have a vet we love and most importantly trust 110% to provide the best care for our furry family members!
