I would not recommend going here for veterinarian care. In fact I was say STEER CLEAR. I had called to schedule an 8:00am appointment for my cat 2 weeks out. My cat has congestive heart failure and when our appointment day and time came and we arrived, I was told they weren't going to get to my cat until late afternoon. No way was I going to leave my cat all day with these people while he was on a strict medication schedule. When I expressed being upset about this, they looked at me and spoke to me like I was being unreasonable. Extremely unprofessional and this experience definitely makes me doubt that they are educated enough to be able to handle complicated medical conditions if they were willing to just leave a cat with CHF alone in an exam room all day. Despicable and disgusting.

Dr brennan was so nice and the personnel was so comforting since we went in with an emergency situation they did everything they could to reassure us that would do their best to save our cat.

The front desk staff is very rude! All about the coins. Obviously nobody there enjoys their job. Can’t keep a groomer…ever in history. Speaks volumes.

We saved a cat. I thought it had feline leukemia. The test was negative. It had ingrown nail in one pad. It needed a strong antibiotics. It will need the matted hair shave off. I gave her the name Needee. She really so sweet. She's got a home now.

The girls that work here are terribly rude. I called to schedule grooming with my dogs regular groomer and was told “He walked out.” I’ve heard from so many people that groomers do not like to stay here. I wonder why!!! Glad he’s not there anymore. It was painful dealing with these people. Only went there for him and they refused to tell me how to contact him. If you enjoy being talked to crazy, this is the place to go. The doctor is too snobby and interested in collecting your coins to deal with things tactfully.

They were helpful, professional, understanding, and gave great advice. Great with my difficult cat!
