The staff at St. Joe Center Veterinary Hospital are always so friendly and caring about my pet's care. They are always very responsive when I raise concerns about my pet's health and needs. I have full confidence in them. That's why I have been coming to them for 20 years.

I took my cat Tobi in because he was throwing up blood. They said he was fine. He was not fine. My mom took him in to her vet and discovered that his liver was in failure. These vets don't care and don't look very carefully. They also treated me as the pet parent very poorly because I am not in the best financial situation. They are too expensive for the (lack of) care they provide.

The people are always great to work with and they do a great job with our dog.

The veterinarians at this practice really care about my pets.

All the employees were very friendly and loved my pets almost as much as I do. When the doctor had to talk to me about things I was doing wrong she was very nice and non-invasive. I did not feel reprimanded but rather like I was gaining knowledge.

Groomer LOVES our dog and we are not only happy with the service but the great quality of grooming care needs. Outstanding every time.

Bella was in for grooming. She is crazy about Kelly, I am very comfortable with Kelly and the whole staff. They have been doing our family doing our family doggies for years. Groom side, Vet side. excellent care.

Marley is my dog and this is the only VET that I will take him to for his care. Even though the whole staff is very professional, Marley and I are both treated with respect and more like part of their family, and not just as a client.

Great people to work with. Pets are made to feel welcome. Always get great information to make life easier on the fur babies and the rest of the family.

My household has 6 pets and we wouldn't take them anywhere other than the great team at St. Joe Center Vet. All of their doctors and techs are great with both cats and dogs, and always dive deep into whatever issue might be going on to find the best solution for you and your pet. Other vets I had visited in the past for a "chronic" issue with one of my cats didn't listen to my concerns and kept administering the same quick fix without treating the underlying problem. One trip to Dr. Jill at St. Joe Vet and she determined the underlying issue and got my cat feeling better in no time. I also have a special needs cat as well as elderly dogs and they all have received great, individualized care with this vet office. In the unfortunate event of having to put a pet to sleep, their entire staff ensures that you and your pet receive the most gentle and dignified care. It is so obvious in every aspect of their business that they all truly care about the pets that they see.

Nice place ,but they were not straight forward in checking out my dog after I signed for a basic check up , they then without talking to me first proceeded to do x-rays and things that I was not made aware of first, they should work in steps with the customer

They have always taken the best care of my cats. Dr. Jill was able to treat my senior cat when no other vet offices knew what to do to help him.

This has to be the best vet practice with only one other almost as good in Fort Wayne, Dr. Jill Kitson is spot on in every way and her staff is just as amazing . They have helped my cats over the years and continue to do so with reliability, good treatment, spotting conditions so easy to miss and doing the best. Tarzan just released from their hospital (going on 14 yr.s old and is now beginning to come out of his induced pain reduction and eating his head off !! YEA Tarzan, yea Dr. Jill and all her staff. You all are the BEST.

Took my handsome boy here a week ago in the middle of the night he was attacked by a bigger dog. They took him right in and made sure he was fine we gave him medication they gave to us. He is doing just fine now but I am glad he is still with me! I recommend you go if you have an emergency and even if it's not and your dog needs seen they will take care of you!

Regional 24 hour emergency hospital with separate entrance on back side of vet practice. Have specialists including internist and cardiology. Gave our cat good care over a holiday weekend. They always answer the phone. It will not be inexpensive.

I have been going to St. Joe for about 18 years. Doctors and staff are excellent and caring. Always helpful above and beyond and available for questions and concerns. Would not take my pet anywhere else.

It's was a clean atmosphere, but they weren't very informative and they are extremely expensive. However they did work with us to make sure Ginger got the medicine she needed for us to treat her at home. Some staff members were not very hospitable, while others were a joy. Mixed emotions about this place really.

Having several animals, they have taken great care of them. Surgeries are explained and after care fully described. I trust them fully with my pets. If I only had a couple pets I would definitely get the Paw Plan they offer.

Love of the best vets I took my cats to! They were so friendly and passionate, and took the time to get to know me and my animals relationship. Other vets I've been to just try to get me in and out and I came hardly ask questions. A great experience for me and my animals, they will definitely be back. The prices are very reasonable too! Usually don’t have issues, but I think they were short staffed and very behind last time I went. I feel like my poor cat didn’t get the help he needed, so now I have to try again, and hopefully don’t forget to bring my phone this time to call or the front desk will get very upset like last time.
