Very good process, super friendly!

The two times I took my two cats in they very friendly and caring. They also took time and explained everything that was going on with them. They also took time to answer any questions that I had. I will be referring any one that is looking for a new vet.

Everyone was kiND and helpful. My dog has high energy and Dru came to the care and helped take her. Very patient. And Dr. Johnson listened and responded very nicely and helped to keep the cost down.

Love Dr McQuade. My dog is very happy going to the vet now.

This service we received here was terrific. They allowed me to ask any questions and explained everything in detail. They asked if I had any concerns. I was able to bring up my concerns even though I didn't mention these issues when I made the appointment. I've been to other vets before and they said they couldn't look at something because we didn't mention it when we made the appointment. They even said I would have to make another appointment. At Kelly's everything was on the table. They spent a considerable amount of time with us even though they were busy. I would highly recommend.

Vet and staff were so kind and caring, and thoughtful! Can't thank them enough. I will definitely return when I am ready to have another fur baby.

They really don't care about their patients. Want them out of the building by 5 even if the animal is critical. They want you to take them to maume animal clinic at the cost of 500.00 then bring them back in the morning. Not the Dr Kelly's clinic that it was before some big company out of Texas bought her out. My dog wouldn't have made it and they knew this. My sweet Ruby.

Very, very caring group of vets and vet techs to take care of my beloved fur babies

I have now taken 3 doggies, and 1 kitty here to Kelly Vet and have had nothing but excellent care for my fur babies. From the exciting starts of their lives, to a very heartbreaking goodbye, the staff have been amazing, professional, and very kind and caring through it all. Even with the curve ball of Covid thrown into the mix, they made the best of the situation and continued to give the best care to our pets.

They treat your pet as family and they helped me through my first adult vet appointment. Everyone was super nice and they have an amazing set up for picking up/ dropping off your fur babies! I would never hesitate to take my girl back to them!

I found my girl not moving and breathing very shallow, after her vet refused to see her Kelly's vet didn't hesitate to get her in immediately, one of the scariest times of my life owning pets and they were nothing but amazing. Dr. McQuade was simply amazing. She sent my pup to the er vet in toledo even called there to check on her and got her in first thing in the am.

They were timely as I was a new patient. I was very pleased with the Awesome care & surgery the gave my dog. He’s doing Great & loves going to the vet. The Girls are SO GOOD with the animals. I would highly recommend Dr Sheimo & the crew for your pet care. Kim

They have long waits, poor customer service, and seem rushed when caring for you pet. Switched to Adrian Animal Clinic. Far better service and much kinder people.

Says on website and on the info page for google they take emergencies but when I called to confirm they told me they don't. Definitely not happy. They need to remove that service from their page

They have too many pets to care for and not enough office hours to see all of their patients. I felt that the care I received was not what it should be because of that. Waiting weeks to get my sick pet in (not an emergency but urgent) is ridiculous. They should have time booked out for sick animals and not all routine visits. There lack of communication in the office is poor as well and the way they talk to their clients. I didn’t feel safe leaving my pet with them and waiting I the car.

Never again. I worked at a vet office for years and never once saw a pet leave a desex surgery as upset as my dog, and have never experienced such a dearth of care and professionalism. This place came highly recommended by friends and I took my new pup in for a spay. The price I was quoted was fully twice the amount of other clinics, including the one my family has gone to for years on the other side of the state. When I picked her up she seemed traumatized and was returned without her blanket — I had to go back and wait while they hunted around for it — probably in the trash. Clearly nothing was provided for her comfort. They charged $50 over the original quote and then called me a liar when I corrected them. I neither met nor spoke with the vet who performed the surgery and when I inquired about post op care was told “everything is in the bag.”

Been going here for around 25 yrs. The new protocol is nobody inside the clinic, so u must surrender your pet to them and will return after all procedures are done. I inquired about this a couple times and voiced my displeasure with not being able to go with my pets ver the past year. I have since found out doc Kelly no longer owns this and it was bought out by a bigger company. That explains the poor service and snappynees of the secretaries. I informed them that I will prolly b moving my pets and they said good, they were really busy anyways. If this is how they act on the phone I hate to think how they act while alone with a difficult pet. I am encouraging all my family and friends to sever connection with this clinic and find a better one. My pets lives are not worth the risk.

Awesome and knowledgeable staff!! This clinic is the only place mine and my dad's chug has ever been to!!

The staff is always so nice when I come in. They were able to get me in on such short notice today which I greatly appreciate! Overall a trustworthy and nice place to take your pet to ????

Excellent vet office - every staff member I've interacted with is very friendly and helpful! They recently helped get my cat and I prepared for an international trip and it was a completely stress free experience thanks to Kelly Vet, despite my somewhat last minute travel plans. Great COVID-19 procedures in place as well.
