She cut my dogs pad while doing a nail trim when i asked her about it a day later she denied knowing it but it had to have been bleeding. We wont be back.

Shelly is a star. I have taken three generations of my dogs to her. My current Yorkie , Buster loves her and the results are exactly what I asked for. Buster wouldn't want to go to anyone else.

As you can see things did not go well with our poor dog lucky, we have went to this place about 5 times and the last 2 he had had some kind of cut happen to him. We haven’t thought to much about it because it happens. But this time it was not so ordinary. We dropped off our poor dog and told the lady to not cut so much as of last time because of the cuts we have had in the previous haircuts. So when we came to pick him up there was no one to answer. Our poor dog WALKED out of the door with the lady, so I picked him up and brought him to the car it wasn’t until then I saw the blood! We didn’t know much yet but it was bleeding a lot but we just thought it was another little cut. But once my husband came home to took a closer look to only see a MASSIVE cut the size of a QUARTER, I mean come on ! We are currently sitting at the vet while he’s getting STICHES I don’t recommend this lady’s service at all!

SHE DOES NOT BATHE!! I DO NOT recommend her! We purposely placed light markings on our pets to confirm our suspicions from the last encounter. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and feelings of betrayal. Grooming is shabby, unprofessional, and very recognizable that she's not taking pride in her work. Grooming is tacky, UNEVEN, and, simply a hack job.

Had appointment scheduled for 8am and the owner never showed up to open the place. Stayed until 8:30am just in case I had the time wrong, but still nothing. No phone call ahead saying anything. I guess they do not care much.

Very bad groomers,they cut my dog's tail very bad and then denied doing it..never went back again.. would not recommend....

I had an appointment for my 6 month old puppy. When my husband brought him there, my puppy let out one bark (that’s just what he does when he goes anywhere). She then said she didn’t want to give him a simple bath because she didn’t feel comfortable. My puppy is a lab, and has been groomed a few times before and has never had a problem. He is very loving, he just has to warm up to different people, which takes literally one minute.

She cut my dogs nails way to short...she was bleeding for hours after we picked her up and she didn't even mention to us that she did that!...she also isn't very friendly either!

You can tell she really enjoys her job. I would highly recommended coming to her as i have been for the last 3 years. Every time i’m impressed as my dog has a nice clean haircut and smells great every time i pick them up.

Don't waste your money. I took my dog to this place and they overcharge. I got a groupon for what I thought would be bathing, brushing, and trimming, but when I got there I was informed that it was bathing only. They had my dog for an hour and a half, and when I came to pick him up he was very subdued, not his usual happy perky self at all. When we got in the car I was petting his head, and then I noticed a crusty substance behind and then inside his ears... when I smelled it, it was SOAP. They had him for an hour and a half, charged an obscene amount of money, and couldn't even get him rinsed properly. He had a rash inside his ear the next day. I won't even bother to call them back and inform because they are very unprofessional when they bother to answer the phone. When you step inside the facility, there is a faint smell of urine and dirty scuff marks all over the doors. I will not be using this place again and I'd advise others to avoid it as well.
