Took our guinea pig in and they are so knowledgeable on them. I feel like small animals are often overlooked so it’s such a relief to find a vet who fully understands their needs and cares. They also gave us a folder with helpful information about our pet. It really felt above and beyond.

Wow. This place is pretty great! Every interaction, whether on the phone or in person, is pleasant and gives an impression of care and desire to serve. They are up on tech to ensure they cover all channels of communication and are thorough while giving and making sure you understand instructions.

I got Rico for Christmas 2021 and I took him there for a check up and some grooming. I could not have experienced a better bunch of people. Very informative and answered all my questions. Definitely will recommend them!!!!

My cat was literally dying and fort wayne pet hospital where I have been taking all of my cats for 20 plus years refused to help me because I had not been there in a few years. I called several vet offices to help me and most of them turned me away saying schedule is full or not accepting new clients. Dupont veterinarian was the only place that helped me with open arms despite there full schedule. They got me in immediately had to amputate my cats leg. They were very caring and helped me out in every way possible. I recommend this place to everyone! Big thanks to them for saving my cat! You all were amazing!

I was looking for a new avian vet since ours moved out of town. I called Dupont and asked about their pricing for bird grooming. She told me that wings, beak, and nails were around $16 each (already expensive compared to Pine Valley, which charged $30 total) and that they insisted on a $60 pet exam (which I never had to do anywhere else and, if I understood right, they make you do once a year) but that the grooming would be included in the exam fee. I should have looked elsewhere, but I decided to give them a try. She made me pay the $60 over the phone but said I would not be charged anything at the appointment. The exam took all of a minute and the grooming was less involved than how our old vet did it. At checkout, the girl told me that, after my $60 deposit, I owed $31.50. I said I was told on the phone that grooming was included, and she told me that only the nail trim was included, wings and beak were extra. She said she was "sorry for the miscommunication" but she still charged me. The visit ended up costing 3x what I ever paid at Pine Valley. The care was fine, but nothing the doctor did was worth $90. I would have liked coming here if their prices were reasonable. I don't know how they get repeat clients this way. Also, the lobby needs sound panels. The echo is terrible, especially when dogs are barking. Not good for nervous pets. You'd think people designing animal clinics would have animals in mind.

I'm so thankful that I've found this vet office. Last year, when my old cat started vomiting suddenly, they were the only one that could get her in and taken care of. Then my second cat decided getting into a fight with another street cat was a good idea, Dupont, again, was the only place that could get her in on such short notice. I now regularly go to them with my concerns and am very pleased with their service and vet techs. Its such a relief to have such a reliable office for my little ones.

I would like to give a sincere “Thank You” to Pam that took care of a problem upon our arrival to have our cat “Cooper” neutered! He is new to our family, he “adopted us”, is 1 a one year old, un-neutered black male cat! Because he is in-neutered, it was important to us to have him neutered,…there was a mixup, and instead of sending up away, she went to a doctor to see if she could work us in. It would have been so easy to send us out, but she was very professional, and understanding, Ms. Trubey, DVM came in, talked with us and offered to keep him and do it after her lunch! It was a such a relief to have it done, and pick him up that evening! It as already calmed him down! Again, Pam, thank you SO much! Had you not reached out to the Veterinarian and explained it we would have been on a long waiting list! Great place when you have the person upfront doing what is right, and the doctor working to make problem right! Cooper will be a life long member of this great clinic❣️????????

Dr. Trubey and Dr. Boxberger are very sweet and knowledgeable. The office staff is courteous and polite. I know my rabbits and kittens are in good hands.

Incredibly friendly staff, with real care for the well being of your furry, or feathered friends. Our littlest dog was diagnosed with addisonss disease another has arthritis and they have always done a wonderful job. You can get cheaper care elsewhere but this place is worth it

My bearded dragon had a prolasp and I contacted Dupont Veterinary Clinic since they specialize in reptiles in our area. I contacted them on 10/1, the day after we noticed the prolasp. The young girl who answered the phone told me they were unable to see my bearded dragon OR give me advice due to us not being prior patients. She also added that the specialty vet only works Wednesdays and is very booked. I asked her what was I suppose to do? Just let her die? She advised me to call another vet. I called back on 10/8 in tears since my beardie was not getting better and had no luck with any other vets outside of driving to Missouri. A manager was notified, an apology was given and was scheduled to see the vet on 10/13. Unfortunately, my beardie passed away on 10/9 due to her condition. I called the vet back on 10/11 to cancel her appointment. Through tears, I tell her to cancel the visit. She states "would you like to call back to take care of your deposit or would you like to take care of that now?" I'm speechless. No words to describe the hurt and lack of compassion. A deposit was never mentioned in any of the prior communications and to bring it up when a beloved pet was just lost, truly shows how much they care about animals or their owners. I cannot believe this clinic is still open with the treatment I received. I hope they never have to go through what I just did.

Emergencies should take priority over general office visits yet I was left hanging....

Where to start... Staff is fantastic! I've never had a bad visit, they treat all pets like family and they walk you through all the processeses. They are excellent with dogs that have separation issues! I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience with them.

These guys are friendly, clean and professional!

My dog has been here since he was born and I never change up hardly but king loves this place and so do I then took great care of my dog ???? every visit ❤ ♥ ????

They took excellent care of my cat. She is aging and now needs a special diet. Everything was explained very well. Will be taking her there for all her exams and health care needs.
