Quick visit for my friend. In and out, ten minutes. Everyone was prompt and professional

Allen Veterinary Hospital is fantastic. No appointment needed. Very reasonable pricing. Most importantly the staff from top to bottom are wonderful.

What more can I say except……Compassionate. When I have taken one of my cats or dogs, they genuinely seek the best option for my furry children. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I absolutely love this Vet! They are always super with Simba my Staffordshire bully. He has horrible allergies and they have helped keep them under control. Everyone is always very helpful and professional.

I have used Allen Vets for at least 25 years , and feel that they are the best ! I am a "helicopter " dog parent of 3 dogs. I trust this group of professionals with my precious babies. They are kind , compassionate , very good listeners , and always go the extra mile for me. I understand that waiting is irritating , BUT , it is because they are giving their best to each patient during this difficult time .From the front desk to the Doctors - they treat me and my pets as friends , and I am so thankful for their service .

They were super kind with my old cat. And even if mandates need most people to sit in their cars, let me keep my cat inside since I didn't have a vehicle to sit in.

Can not make appointment. First come, first serve. Sometimes a long wait time. Veterinarians are very nice, however, the clinic isn't always as clean and hygienic as I would like.

Plan for a long wait, but for an emergency this is the best and least expensive place in a pinch.

This place was good but long wait. Had to wait out in the car for almost 3 hrs, however once we did make it in to see the doctor the service was great and cost was reasonable.

They are handling the covid precautions in the worst way possible! Expect an extremely long wait (over an hour) just for them to answer the phone to get in line.

They were very fast and compassionate. They made me feel like my fur baby was very important.

I had to have my dog put to sleep but kept delaying the day. He was in so much pain, for his sake it had to be done. I thought I was prepared emotionally until I picked him up and handed him to them. I made it out but burst into tears in their front yard and kept wiping my eyes so I could locate my car. It took some time in the car for me to finally get in control enough for me to get home. Several times that week all it took was a one second image of him and I would start crying. If it wasn't for the soft kind voice of the employee there at the hospital I think i would have been taken to the hospital and given a sedative to calm me down. The arrangements and care given to animals at that time was beautifully prepared. The card I received in the mail with his paw prints melted my heart. The employees there are a rare breed and created by God especially for that hospital. I cant thank you enough for your help and love when I was too scared to make this decision.

This business harasses citizens about masks and vaccines. For years our nation was spoon fed "a dog's mouth is cleaner than humans". But forces customers to breathe in their own bacteria. Which causes bacterial pneumonia. If you don't mind wearing a bacteria rag over your face, by all means give this business a ring. If you like to conduct business in a professional, non harassing, non forceful, non discriminative, you mind your own medical business and I'll mind mine manner, go somewhere else that don't discriminate. I was refused entry without a mask and nobody (even Dr.James) wanted to talk about their forceful disgusting rules. Boycott this business in the name of freedom and all businesses like them.

Wouldn’t want to take my fur babies anywhere else. Always a pleasant experience. And to the person who reviewed complaining about the masks and claiming bacterial pneumonia?? Lol grow up. I work in a doctors office and have worn a mask all day everyday for the last 18 months. That person doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Thank you Allen Vet for keeping pet parents and their babies safe and healthy ????
