They always take good care of our girl every time we take her for an appointment and are super friendly and efficient so far for every appointment that she has had :)

Needed a 2nd opinion regarding a cyst removal. They provided multiple options and were significantly less expensive than the first clinic we saw.

This was my first time at any Thrive clinic and I will definitely be back. They were able to fit me in last minute and were very friendly through the whole process. The tech and Vet kept me informed and made treatment choices optional, instead of proceeding without my input. It was also very affordable and we got in and out quickly. My dog felt comfortable around everyone there, which is great because she’s usually pretty reserved! I definitely recommend this place.

we showed up a little early and were helpped right away. very friendly and knowledgeable staff. we were in and out within a half hour. not to mention they had avalible appointments a week after initially called. overall a good experience.

Have a rescue kitten who is very young and Doctor answered all questions I asked even after I was done with my visit. I came back into the office because I thought of something I was concerned about and they assisted me. Very friendly.

I took my puppy to the vet for the first time, they handled him with such care. The staff throughly explained everything to me and gave me an estimated price before anything was done.

I had a 10:30 appointment for my dog’s vaccine shots and I was able to call and check in from outside around 10:20. They got me inside and we checked in at the front desk and were promptly taken to an exam room. I appreciated that as my dog gets antsy in the lobby around other dogs (although there weren’t any at the time) and thinks it’s time to play. A technician entered within a minute of being in the exam room and took him back. The vet came in to ask some questions regarding his last shots and what we were going to do to fix a mild yeast infection in my dog’s ear. They texted me a link to pay by card and we were on our way out the door by 10:38, 8 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. They were quick and still thorough. Appreciated CDC guidelines still being followed. Would definitely recommend this vet!

The staff are amazing and so caring towards my dog! First time there today and will definitely be going back! My dog is aggressive and usually doesn’t like people and other animals. I let the staff know and they gave me a muzzle to use. During the whole visit they were so great to my dog and he was being very good and wagging his tail. I cannot say enough about Dr. Geldhof and her staff at Thrive. We came to them from Banfield. I like being able to have wellness plans for my 5 animals. Banfield gives places like this a bad rap. I had nothing but issues with Banfield but this Thrive location is amazing. I have a dog with IVDD and Dr. Geldhof has been helping us get through until we can get to see a neurologist. She has even called me on her day off! They seem like they really care about your pets as much as you do. I hope that this location always stays this available and responsive, even as they grow their practice. Love them!

Words cannot express the amount of gratitude we feel for the care and compassion this staff has given us. They are truly remarkable people. Our cat, Kit, had to be euthanized due to a large tumor. It was one of the saddest processes I have ever had to go through in my life. We were with her until the very end and the staff respected our privacy and gave us time to mourn afterwards. The doctor and her staff handled it with so much love towards us and towards Kit. They made it such a memorable and heartfelt experience that will stick with us for a lifetime. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you all for doing what you do.

This place is awesome. They were able to schedule a next day apt. for my cat to get his vaccines. The vet and support staff were incredibly kind and supportive and patiently answered all of my questions. The waiting room was clean and inviting.

I was skeptical of a vet clinic in a big box pet supply chain, but my experience with Thrive completely won me over. The experience was smooth and the doctor and staff were nothing but kind and attentive to the needs of myself and my senior cat. I am very pleased with my experience today and plan to use this vet for my pet’s needs going forward.

This place is amazing! They were on time with the appointment and very nice. They answered all of my questions and took the time to look up answers. The price was lower than any other vet I’ve been to. I highly recommend them.

The staff are kind, helpful and responsive. I was able to schedule a appointment quickly for my sick pet with very little waiting. All the staff and Dr were very warm, welcoming, non-judgemental and super kind.

Took in my group of puppies since everywhere else was all booked up. They were so accommodating and helpful during our visit. Very efficient with their time as well 5 puppies and I was out within an hour nose to tail and puppy vaccines all around. We will definitely be returning.

Great experience. Responsive. Price was more than Website said so a little disappointed with the difference but Echo had to get the care one way or another. She was taken care of quickly and the office was super efficient and staff were really good with all of the pets that came in.

Extremely caring and professional staff and vet. They are through, effective and excellent listeners.

So happy we went here. It was easy to get in, they had a time that worked well with my and my partners schedule, the vet was so friendly (even over the phone, since we couldn't go in the room!). Definitely lower prices than I would see at a different vet too, our visit was ~$60 for the visit plus a lab test.

Staff and Dr. Was super nice and explained exactly what they would be doing with Mary Jane, she is just like our youngest child so it was very comforting to know they were so friendly and caring with her as we would be. Thrive in Westgate Mall will be Mary Jane's new clinic. Thank you all for being so great.
