Petco Fairview Park, Ohio

Came here to buy a tank and some goldfish. Told my daughter we were getting the fish. The lady who works there told us they won’t sell us the fish until the tank was set up for A WEEK and running. So I got to leave with my five year crying because she couldn’t get the fish. On the tank it clearly says let run for 15 mins and then put the fish in the bag for 15 mins in the tank and it let it go after 15 mins. If I could leave no stars I would.

It's a convenient place to get my cat litter and canned food. It's always a quick trip in and out. My kids enjoy seeing the birds and fish.

Love petco I find myself there alot now that I have a cat. I also shop online there. Every location I've been to have been so nice. Very helpful. Clean and have what I need. Also helped me try and find something for my picky eater sensitive stomach rescue kitty. I love the sales they constantly have. I check them often and stock up on things I know I'll use!

Bought a couple of snails. bought a ton of fish food..cat food and cookies for my pup...kids there were so nice..helpful..good trip~

sometimes you will get wonderful costume service ... other times your will get put customer service , where they won't say boo to you , talk to eachother and be on their phones . of you call their grooming line , nobody ever answers ... if you leave message they won't call you back until 3 plus days later . pets can be a little better taken care of ... but can't expect much since it is a chain petco . BUT they almost ish always have product in store ! rarely do they not have what i want .

Went in to get some fish the gentleman that helped us was very helpful letting us know what we needed to know about the fish we chose and what to look out for as they start to grow.

Found what I was looking for and the some ????, checkout cashier was awesome

They don't take care of their fish and its sad.

Had the dogs groomed, did a great job.They smelled clean with a fresh look. Will be going back.

Helpful friendly staff. Our groomer was able to clip my anxious dog's nails which not even our vet was capable of doing.

I had a situation that I wasn't sure how I wanted to solve, so I called Petco. Gina answered my call, after I told her the problem and how I thought I should solve it she agreed but offered some other options that ended up making better sense. We agreed on one to try first, she took my name and put the product behind the counter for me. Gina was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional both on the phone and in person. While I waited in line with a few people ahead of me I listened to her talk with the other people then with myself she was Truly excited to be working and helping. Now don't get me wrong all the employees there are great also, but Gina is First Class!

Our dog is a regular and they always do a good job.

Like the store, like that they have a Vet available, concerned about availability of my cats food at the moment. Helpful staff!

The online order was waiting for me and was as ordered.

Vivionna was an excellent guinea pig wrangler, and had my son and me on our way with two new friends in very short order. She was very knowledgeable and took care to make sure we were prepared to have the piggies in our home. Thank you!

They do a great job!

Staff really has gotten better at customer service but last time i got crickets they were all smashed and for what they charge is a waste but will give you more if you bring back the dead ones . More cardboard will help. But you gotta make sure you tell them! Petsmart has a much healthier selection and cheaper prices for feeders.

The grooming here is NOT GOOD. They didn’t clip all of my dogs nails and left his hair looking choppy. I called and no one has gotten back to me…definitely will not be back. The store otherwise is great.

They canceled multiple dog training classes as if the dog stays a puppy until they decide to show up

It was very clean and everything was advertised as pick up in store and was actually there ready for us. We were helped by Melissa who was fantastic and gave us a terrific discount even though we didn't have a rewards card. Way to go Melissa!!!????????????????????
