Inventory was low. Prices are higher than other stores. The employees were super nice and helpful though!

The pet hotel for boarding and daycare is great. They have excellent employees there who genuinely care about animals and it warms my heart getting my pet's "pawgress" report and reading about how much fun they had that day. I definitely recommend and will be using their services again.

Went for pet safe deicer/rocksalt. They were sold out . Bought some excellent tough toys for my dog and they have managed to last. Truly tough as advertised.

Very rude groomers. My last 2 visits have been horrible. I will not be taking my dog back.

A worker in the fish department inflicted a prejudice moment between us when I was attempting to buy feeder food for my fish. When asked for my ID before she even walked me over to the fish section, I told her that was unfamiliar to me considering I frequently visit this exact location for feeder fish and have never been asked to prove my age with my ID. When I asked her why, she specifically said “well you look young” then corrected herself and said it’s protocol that they must ID everyone. Well, why did you say I looked too young? You shouldn’t judge someone based off their looks, and assume. If she didn’t mention the fact I look young I’d be less offended.

We not only shop there for my grandsons goldfish supplies but we also bring my grandson in just so he can visit the various assortment of pets within the store

They have gotten away from what made them the go to pet store.

My Dane really likes daycare at the Hotel. Out of 3 places we've tried, it's the only place she has enjoyed. It's also convenient that the Grooming Salon is right there because they can do her nails for me.

Employee quickly responded to retrieve my online order. It was tagged as ready but missing one of the items. She quickly got the additional item.

They take no care in their fish. Dead fish in every tank. All the bettas are dying or dead. Its truly sad

This is our go to for all our pets needs. Staff is always helpful.

They have just what I wanted but when I tried to pay with a $100 bill there was sum problems because they didn't think it was real just because I'm 17

Line is always very long. Need more help. Most of things I need are stocked. Others aren't before Covid. Before covid everything was stocked very well.

The employees who work in the grooming department at PetSmart are amazing. So friendly and Slider loves them.

Aside from finding everything I need for my 3 dogs, I'm always impressed by how helpful their staff is. I especially like the grooming department and have been a long time costumer of that service because of how carefully and compassionately they've interacted with my pets and how thoroughly they are cared for.

Rang me out eventhough I was there before opening when they didn't have to. Excellent customer service!! Thank you so much!!

The groomers are wonderful! The store has a great staff! Only one complaint..The computers in grooming are constantly acting up! The last 3 times I’ve called I haven’t been able to schedule an appointment for my dog. It’s a hassle to get my dog in so I’m going to look for other grooming but the store is excellent.
